The large, open plan ground floor is comfortably furnished, with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (including a dish washer) dining area and lounge with French windows onto the terrace and garden beyond. The views over the surrounding countryside are fabulous in all seasons of the year with rolling hills, fields and woodland. The 2 spacious bedrooms are on the first floor, both en-suite, 1 with a kingsize bed and the other with twin single beds (or possbility of a kingsize bed)

Set in a quiet hamlet with just 4 other households just a 2 minute drive from the village of St Mathieu where you will find all day to day needs - bakers, supermarket, fuel station, post office, newsagent, cafe & pizzeria. The St Mathieu Lake is just a 5 minute drive - great for walking, fishing, summer swimming & picnics.

What makes this property unique

L'Hirondelle Too - for up to 4 people - a large and spacious gite with the use of just 2 of the 4 ensuite bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms could be a kingsize double plus a twin room OR 2 kingsize doubles. Great for smaller group sizes who want spacious living accommodation.
