About this property

50m from the beach of Saint Clair in Le Lavandou, which has been voted "most beautiful beach in France" several times, my apartment is located in a pretty apartment block. Access to the beach is direct via a small private road. The residence has a flowered garden, two swimming pools, one of which is heated from April. The building is an old hotel from the 1920s, with lots of character, which was later divided into private apartments.
Each apartment has a parking space inside the residence. My apartment is on the ground floor, it has 2 terraces on each side of the apartment on which you can have lunch or dinner and fully enjoy your holidays in the sun, a bedroom with a double bed, a cabin bedroom with two beds bunk (children love it), a convertible sofa bed for 2 people in the living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower. TV, Wi Fi free internet.

Appartement bien situé à St Clair

A deux pas de la plage, doté d'une belle terrasse, le logement atypique est très bien situé. La place de parking est un vrai plus. Très bon séjour.
