About this property

Mazet 3***, heated swimming pool, 60m sandy beach

Le Clos Fleuri is a charming residence. It houses, in stylish houses, about twenty dwellings. You will be able to benefit, within a framework raised by Mediterranean essences, of the heated swimming pool from April to the end of October. You will reach the beach of Saint-Clair without crossing a road, in less than 2 minutes.

Our Mazet (T3) can comfortably accommodate up to 5 adults and a young child. It has been completely refurbished in a contemporary style. The kitchen is equipped with recent appliances. The bedding is of good quality. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, the upstairs bedroom with 3 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a wide opening shower with a "sprinkler" shower head and a thermostatic tap. The toilets are separate. We are attentive to every detail in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
From the terrace equipped with a garden furniture and a barbecue, you will appreciate a calm and green quality environment. You will be given a key to access your numbered parking space located just outside the accommodation.

On your arrival you will be personally welcomed and will obtain all the information necessary for your stay.

Cleaning option at end of stay: 60 euros.
Security deposit: 500 euros to be handed over when the keys are handed over (check or bank transfer).

Great property near beach for families

Property is in excellent location and has good facilities. Generally everything was good. There was Mould in the shower possibly due to ventilation unit not operating effectively, and this was only notable issue . This is only reason for non top scores

Escapade autour de le Lavandou fin février.

Découverte du Corso à Bormes les mimosas les 2 premiers jours de notre arrivée. Route des crêtes en Vélo, Visite du domaine de Rayol, baignade dans la mer (16° au mois de février) à proximité de l'appartement, Escapade à l'île de Porquerolles en partant de le Lavandou. L'appartement est très bien, bien placé avec une petite allée qui rejoint une très belle plage à environ 50 mètres. Possibilité de faire les petites courses journalières en passant par le sentier du littoral et le port de le Lavandou. De nombreux restaurants étaient ouverts au port du Lavandou Une très bonne semaine, et on peut faire beaucoup d'activités en laissant la voiture sur place devant l'appartement qui est parfaitement sécurisé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. A refaire, je recommande.

Schönes Ferienheim für den perfekten Herbsturlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Le Lavandou, nicht zuletzt dank des schönen Hauses in toller Lage. Keine 100 Meter zum Strand, etwas abseits der Straße, gute komplette Ausstattung und bequeme Betten - besser hätten wir es nicht antreffen können. Und auch wenn es im Oktober abends schon etwas kühler wurde, konnte man nach einem Ausflug noch im beheizten Pool schwimmen. Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung und den netten Empfang - die Kinder sagen: 'Frankreich ist eine tolle Stadt!' und möchten gerne so bald wie möglich wieder kommen. Das habe ich doch gern versprochen...

Magnifique endroit

Maison agréable pour ce reposer, piscine chauffée, plage à 2 minutes de la location . Commerce à proximité, on peut tout faire à pied .Le logement est bien fourni en vaiselles et linge de maison avec un petit supplement . Un peu petit si l' on devait manger à l'intérieur à quatre personnes. Vu la météo ça doit être rare dans la region .Mme Levasseur est très réactive pour répondre aux demandes

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, das Sofa sehr bequem, der Pool Mitte Oktober wirklich immer noch beheizt und wir hatten ihn fast immer ganz für uns alleine! Der tolle Strand ist nur 150m entfernt und durch einen eigenen kleinen Gang perfekt zu erreichen! Auch die Terasse mit Gasgrill konnten wir jeden Tag bei herrlichem Wetter schon zum Frühstück nutzen und das noch Mitte Oktober! Die Wohnung können wir ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Nur 50 m vom Sandstrand entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Grill auf der Terrasse. Parkplatz ist im Hof der kleinen Ferienanlage direkt vor der Wohnung vorhanden. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Les propriétaires sont très vraiment très agréables. L’appartement est vraiment très bien situé, proche de la plage et une piscine très chaude, idéal avec des enfants. Par contre le menage n’était pas au top

Désolée que le ménage n’ait pas été aussi bien qu’à l’accoutumée mais le prestataire habituel s’est désisté à la dernière minute (hospitalisation). Nous avons du faire appel à un intervenant occasionnel qui ne nous a pas offert le niveau de qualité attendu.

We had a great time

Cute, little, well-equipped house in the perfect location. 2 min. From the beach and with a pool that is still warm enough in the beginning of October. Our 3 kids and us enjoyed it very much. Le Lavandou and Bormes Les Mimosa are beautiful and have a good mix of activities: In addition to swimming, we enjoyed the port area, went hiking/ geo caching, discovered the little villages around, rented a paddle boat, went to St. Tropez and Marineland Aquarium. It's been a wonderful family time.
