Holiday home in a villa 2 km from the beach of PUNTA TRETTU, a paradise for kitesurf lovers.
Apartment of 100 square meters consisting of a double bedroom, another bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people, bathroom and private parking, all newly built.
Outside you can enjoy a large relaxation area, barbecue and large garden, to go up in the house there are stairs to do.
Inside, the house is equipped with heating, air conditioning, linen (towels and sheets), free WiFi, SMART satellite TV, fridge, microwave oven, kitchen, washing machine.
The house is located in the district of Matzaccara in the municipality of San Giovanni Suergiu, about 300 meters away there is a supermarket, a pharmacy and a bakery, a tobacconist.
Check-in is from 2 pm to 8 pm, check-out from 8 am to 10 am, possibility of luggage storage.

Sitio tranquilo
El alojamiento es la parte de arriba del chalet de los propietarios. Muy amables, nos obsequiaron con huevos caseros.. La pega es que los techos están inclinados y son incómodos. Habitaciones muy amplias
