Tolle Lage, Sauberkeit naja…
Kleine Wohnung direkt am Strand in einem Hochhaus. Der Terrassenblick ist super, aber die erwähnte Neurenovierung stimmt so unseres Erachtens nicht-und wir sind keine Spießer…Sehr einfache, und leider auch schmutzige Ausstattung (fleckiges Sofa, sehr schmutziges Geschirr/Kühlschrank/Mikrowelle). Der Zustand der Küche war so übel, dass wir in der ersten Nacht ins Hotel flüchteten, während die Agentur putzte. Die Kommunikation klappte nur, weil wir einigermaßen spanisch sprechen. Die Bettwäsche ist aus 100% Polyester & Plastikmatratzenschoner, wer Baumwolle mag, lieber selber mitbringen. Alles wäre für uns perfekt gewesen, wenn es sauber gewesen wäre und einfache Baumwollbettwäsche bezogen gewesen wäre. Sonst stimmt Preis/Leistung.

Nun, ich denke, es fehlt etwas zum Kommentieren.
Es bleibt zu bemerken, dass alle in der Wohnung festgestellten Mängel innerhalb von 3 Stunden perfekt verstanden und behoben wurden.
Es bleibt zu bemerken, dass die Baumwolllaken nicht zu den in der Wohnungsanzeige angebotenen Dienstleistungen gehören, sie wurden jedoch ausdrücklich für Sie gekauft und für Sie zum ersten Mal auf die Betten gelegt.
Bleibt noch zu erwähnen, dass die Wohnung in 3 Stunden wieder für Sie gereinigt und desinfiziert wurde.
Bleibt noch zu sagen, dass er extra für dich eine Decke für das Sofa gekauft hat.
Bleibt noch anzumerken, dass Sie in der ersten Nacht in einem Hotel übernachtet haben, aber die Wohnung bereits für Sie bereit war und Sie rechtzeitig informiert wurden.
Bleibt noch zu bemerken, dass Ihnen für die in der Wohnungsanzeige nicht angebotenen Leistungen nichts in Rechnung gestellt wurde und Sie sich freundlich bei uns bedankt haben.
Es tut mir leid für die Vorfälle. Wenn Sie sich entscheiden, wiederzukommen, gebe ich Ihnen eine Übernachtung als Entschädigung.
