Folaghe 4, apartment with terrace overlooking the grove

Just 400 meters from the main building and the reception, our Folaghe farmhouse is divided into 4 spacious apartments (2 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor). A perfect solution for families with children and pets who desire more privacy and quietness, just a short walk through the grove or a cycle along the street you will be able to reach the bio pool and reception area.
This first floor apartment has got a large terrace that overlooks the grove, a spacious living area with dining table and a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds) and two bathrooms.
The Casale Folaghe has its own parking area and a garden fountain with fresh spring water.
Refresh yourself in our swimming pool or experience our bio lake, while listening to the sounds of nature that surrounds you.
Our staff will take care of all your needs to guarantee you and your family an unforgettable experience on our farm.
In Tenuta Regina you will spend wonderful moments regenerating your body but above all, your mind, unwind for a while and we'll show you how much magic our land can offer: Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt für uns und die Kinder. Wir hatten nur im Voraus die Ferienwohnung gebucht und auch bezahlt und uns dann vor Ort für ein Zelt (Glamping) entschieden, da die Zelte näher am Pool auf einem abgezäunten Areal waren. Für die Kinder war das optimal. Leider konnte uns aber die Preisdifferenz nicht erstattet werden, was wir natürlich sehr schade fanden und auch nicht verstehen. Das Gelände liegt inmitten von landwirtschaftlichen Flächen, die natürlich auch bewirtschaftet werden, was entsprechenden Lärm zur Folge hat, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Einzig die Gerüche aus den Abflüssen waren unangenehm. Wurde damit erklärt, dass wir uns in einer Lagune befinden. Trotzdem nicht schön. Entfernung zu den Stränden nach Lignano oder Bibione beträgt ca.20 bis 30Min. War für uns in Ordnung. Ansonsten Ruhe um zu entspannen und die Kinder waren mit den Pools ausreichend beschäftigt.

We understand that sometimes needs can change upon arrival, which is why we were happy to offer you the option to switch accommodation. At the time of booking, all types of units were available, and the initial choice was made for the apartment. Nevertheless, we did our best to facilitate the change and were pleased to accommodate your request. We tried to explain the situation as clearly as possible, clarifying that we could not guarantee a refund, as the booking was made through an external channel. Additionally, the apartment remained blocked until your arrival, which made it impossible for us to offer it to others at such short notice. We fully understand your disappointment and are sincerely sorry that this aspect did not lead to a more satisfactory outcome for you. That said, we truly hope we were still able to help create some lovely memories for you and your children and we hope to see you again.

Ruhiger Urlaub in idyllischer Umgebung

Sehr schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Lage. Abgeschieden, so dass man immer ein Auto braucht. Pool ca. 500m entfernt. Für uns perfekt.

Eine gemütliche und ruhige Woche in der Lagune von Marano

Wir haben hier eine sehr gemütliche und ruhige Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke perfekt - groß genug für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, sehr sauber und klimatisiert. Wir sind oft auf der überdachten Veranda gesessen, mit Blick auf das angrenzende Wäldchen. Die Möglichkeit, den Pool zu benutzen, war für die Kinder optimal. Wir konnten auch Fahrräder ausleihen und damit zwischen Haupthaus und unserer Wohnung pendeln. In Summe können wir diese Wohnung wirklich empfehlen..
