I am offering up my 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom private keyless entry home. I allow any well behaved pets to come and play in my fenced yard. My house has 1 queen bed, and 2 full, and a queen fouton.. It has wifi, Prime,, Roku, and Netflix. I also will have breakfast including waffles, and our eggs from our free range chickens, and bacon. We have a blackboard walk. Our yard is 3/4 fenced in acre for your pet to roam. We have patio furniture,bar and a new grill. We have washer/dryer, and dishwasher. We have off street parking. All the comforts of home, plus. I have worked in the hotel business for many years, so I know service! I have high ratings on Airbnb.

Charlottesville/UVA Getaway

We went to Charlottesville to visit our son at UVA and to go to a football game. The house is 1 mile from Scott Stadium so it was in a perfect location for our son to walk from campus to where we were and to walk to the game. The house had everything that we needed and the breakfast was wonderful! Thank you for having us!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Jeannie's house. Everything was just as advertised. The house was clean, great location, and nice complimentary breakfast items were waiting for us in the fridge. I would highly recommend this house for anyone making a visit to the Charlottesville area. Thanks again for hosting us!

Covid getaway

It was a wonderful stay to meet up with family. The location allowed us to get out and about easily. Breakfast was provided and that was a wonderful perk. The best part was we didn’t have to leave behind 4 legged family members.

Exactly as advertised

Jeannie's house was exactly as advertised and exactly what we needed. Walking distance to Scott Stadium and plenty of parking for our cars. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog. Would definitely rent this location again.

I am a nurse at UVa hospital. This was my first house, and I bought it because I could walk to work. I also bought it for my dogs. This yard is one of the best in UVa! Close to UVa Scott Stadium, tailgating is awesome here. I have MS, so I'm trying to slow down the nursing, and make this house my life. I live at a small farm where we have chickens, so eggs are fresh and organic. I love breakfast, so I provide.....

Why they chose this property

This is a 1950's craftman's home, with lots of comfort, and fun. Come play cornhole in the backyard as your dogs run around, and you grill with propane or charcoal. Walk to the stadium or walk to a Mexican restaurant, Thai restaurant, or pizza restaurant. Enjoy Dürty Nelly's fun bar and sub shop. I met my husband here. The neighborhood is family oriented and safe. Observatory Hill bike trail is across the road on Fontaine. Uber is easy to use if you need a ride. UVa, Health South, and 29 are so close....
I am a Townie. If you have any questions, I have lived here all my life. Please don't hesitate to ask.

What makes this property unique

Location location and location. That is the key! I am close to 29 which is a hop skip and a jump to 64. This house is in a quiet neighborhood, but less than a mile from UVA Stadium. I have a backyard that is big enough to put in another house, and I love dogs. Okay to be honest I also like cats too! I raise Tornjaks, which are large dogs from Bosnia.
