This renovated 2 bedroom, I bath home includes a kitchen with full size fridge, range with convection, coffee pot, microwave and various other appliances. Everything you need to prepare meals and close to restaurants too. Living room and dining room spacious enough to easily accommodate 6. Shower with tub and two queen size beds. Towels and linens are provided for your stay. Family and pet friendly house with a large, flat back yard. Walking distance to Charlottesville's premier water park on Meade Avenue.

The perfect location for area concerts, visits to the many local wineries and breweries and Virginia's historical attractions like Monticello, Ashlawn and scenic views on the Blueridge Parkway. During summer months, there is a farmers market two blocks away. Open seasonally, a public water park suitable for the whole family. Walking distance to a playground.

The Woolen Mills neighborhood is sidewalk lined for a safe and enjoyable walk with your pet.

Weekend Wedding

We were very happy with the cleanliness of this place, and were especially grateful for how considerate our hosts were in ensuring that their property was fully stocked with all sorts of snacks and refreshments. Definitely would stay here again. (( The neighborhood might not seem especially "elegant," but we felt perfectly safe! ))

This is a wonderful property — comfortable, clean, very well-stocked, and close to restaurants, shops, and sights. Everything in the property works well and the hosts were extremely responsive to all of our questions and requests. I strongly recommend this property.

Perfect!

Great location - close to town and also river access! The host provided snacks and drinks, as well as lots of info about local attractions. Front porch was perfect for relaxing in the evening. Would definitely stay again!

GREAT LOCATION

This quaint little house was in a great location. We could walk into town or to some restaurants. It was a quick drive to Monticello and the other beautiful estates to visit. Had everything we needed in a quiet area with off street parking. Beds were comfy and host was great. Would stay here again if coming back to this area.

Great location - easily walkable and driveable to anywhere we wanted to go. Plenty of parking. Clean and well- appointed. Upgrades to HVAC and technology very much appreciated - including front door lock and smart TV. Communication with owners was excellent. Snack packs and cold drinks a welcome surprise!

Sweet, comfortable home

This home is so comfortable! The owner is kind and thoughtful! There were snacks, water, tons of coffee pods in a very well equipped kitchen. The towels were soft and fluffy. They even spring for the nice TP! There were little extras in the bathroom - little shampoos and soaps - in case we had forgotten anything. Very thoughtful!! The beds and linens were very nice! The neighborhood is very family friendly. There were many joggers and walkers on the sidewalks. It is a lovely, quiet neighborhood. My sister and I really enjoyed our brief stay in this adorable home!

Really nice getaway

Really convenient location - close (5 minute drive) to a variety of restaurants and shops. Clean, nicely furnished with small kitchen adequate for basic meal prep. Beds were really nice. Nothing elaborate, but very comfortable and I'd surely stay at the property again.

Great place to relax with friends after sightseeing

Small, clean, well equipped house. Near downtown Charlottesville between the Riverpark and downtown Charlottesville. Perfect place to catch up with friends. We appreciated some of the special touches the owners provided.

Little Hideaway

The house was perfect for our needs. Close to downtown, yet quiet. The snacks and drinks were such a lovely perk, totally unexpected. The house was clean and household supplies were all we needed. Small requests: a vegetable peeler and some curtains for the front bedroom that were more light-proof. Thanks to the owners for a nice stay!

My husband & I had a few days off before a business mtg in Richmond. We enjoyed driving to Monticello & visiting local wineries. The hospitality given at this cozy little cottage is the best we have ever received, right down to the cold water waiting for us in the fridge after a long hot day!

Great for family of 4

Our family (3 year old and 5 year old) really had a great time in our 2 night trip in Charlottesville here! It was perfect for us, with more than enough room to play, eat and sleep here. It has probably the best furniture and appliances I've seen at a rental (note, "best" also including "sturdiest", since a big concern is always that the kids might break something). Everything was so solidly built but also so comfortable (couches and both beds were just excellent). The air conditioning and ceiling fans kept us so comfortable despite the August heat. Ameneties were super well thought-out too, always found what we needed. The location was super convenient, and while it was just too far to walk to downtown for us in the heat, driving 2 minutes was super simple. We loved going to Riverview playground and Onesty water park right in our backyard. Definitely a win for anyone visiting the C'ville area!
