Charming ranch on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Locust Grove neighborhood of Charlottesville. Our house is family and pet friendly with a small yard, fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee bar with all the essentials included. Everything you need to prepare meals and convenient to downtown and the Pantops area of Charlottesville. Off street parking for one car with additional street parking available.

Comfortable, quiet place to stay

A nice basic place to stay with plenty of linens, snacks, coffee with fixings. Family neighborhood. Safe to walk. Trails nearby.

Great house!

This house was perfect for my wife and I for a wedding weekend. Clean, quiet and well provisioned. Great backyard to keep Fido happy too! There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided. We will be back!

Peaceful Place

This tidy 3-bedroom met all our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the living room had lots of natural light for reading. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Having a washer and dryer meant we could pack light.

Exactly What We Needed

We rented this for wedding party, and it served it's purpose.The groom slept well the night before the wedding. Only downside is that the bathroom could have been cleaner. Shower curtain was mildewy. But, nice neighborhood, and close to the venue.

Perfect little vacation home

This home was the perfect place to relax in during our visit to Charlottesville! Great location, easy check in, beautiful home. The beds are a little hard, but still comfortable. The owners left snacks and refreshments which was very much appreciated; as was the AC! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful during our stay. Close to UVA but also in a quiet neighborhood. So much better than just a hotel room. We plan to visit again.

House was perfect for my family of 4 adults. Great location near stores malls etc The host had soda, water, coffee and snacks for us when we arrived which was a great touch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Charolettesville.

Great little house, would definitely stay here again. Clean, easy to get to, parking. Only suggestion would be to complete the fence so people with dogs could let them off leash in the backyard.

Home away from home

Great home!

My two dogs and I spent three nights in Charlottesville, visiting family and friends. Chris was amazing! He made our stay so easy. The home is lovely. Clean and cozy, with a fenced back yard for fur babies. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Charlottesville.

Great Little Home

Stayed here with my toddler, infant daughter, and parents. It worked perfectly for us. The property was very clean which was huge for us. They included linens, towels, snacks, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee, and all kitchen supplies. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood . Overall great experience here with the family.

Aging Aunties

My two sisters and I were in Charlottesville for our nephew's wedding. We needed 3 bedrooms and this place looked like a good choice. Turned out to be perfect for us - affordable and well located for getting around. Plenty of privacy and all rooms were well out-fitted. The hosts have thought of all the right amenities and provided very nice extras - snacks, beverages, bathroom supplies. Easy entry, easy wifi, easy TV access. House is on dead end street, so very quiet. Highly recommend!

Didn’t appreciate the fact that we had to clean when we got there as the floors where not swept which meant they weren’t scrubbed as well.. there was spillage in the fridg and urine in the toilet..

Weekend stay

Visiting family in town for a high school graduation party...a nice and very clean 3BR 1 bath home with small kitchen, eating area and TV area located northwest of the Pantops area and just off Route 250 in a quiet cul- de-sac. The snacks on the counter and cold drinks in the refrig were a very nice added touch! All hotels were booked the weekend we stayed and prices up due to UVA’s alumni weekend so forced to find options...hesitant at first but happy we did as we found a nice and affordable option! We had an issue with the door code for entrance but a very quick reply to help remedy the situation! We will keep this home in mind when visiting family in the area again! Thank you!
