ZAHARA CENTRE MODERN ATTICO apartment next to the BEACH in a QUIET/SAFE place.
Very SPACIOUS modern comfortable top floor (2nd floor) two bed roomed apartment situated in the CENTRE OF the village of ZAHARA DE LOS ATUNES itself with all of its facilities (NOT Atlanterra where facilities are far fewer) on the beautiful unspoiled Costa de La Luz coastline which runs between Gibraltar and Portugal.
The apartment has a REALLY IDEAL LOCATION being only a 2 minute walk from Zahara's stunningly beautiful golden sandy beach (7 kms long!) and the village itself with its many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants - where there is internet access.
It has a SAFE AND QUIET LOCATION fronting as it does onto a PEDESTRIANISED AREA - a secure entry phone system is installed. There is EASY ACCESS BY LIFT to the top floor landing (2nd floor) which is VERY PRIVATE - ONLY 4 APARTMENTS are on this level.
PARKING is available in the side streets surrounding the apartment..there is no cost associated with this.
PLEASE NOTE that Zahara during the months of July and particularly August is busy.
AIR CONDITIONING (lounge/diner) fans in bedrooms and central heating are provided and included in the rental price.
The accommodation offers all the comforts of home as well as the convenience associated with modern living.
Particular features of the apartment include an EXCEPTIONALLY LARGE SUNNY South/West facing terrace (12 meters x 4 metres) which offers both sun and shade making it ideal for both sunbathing and eating outdoors. Part of the terrace is ROOFED OVER creating an OPEN AIR ROOM which allows you to eat lunch al fresco even with full sun. The terrace also has an OUTSIDE SHOWER for cooling off, washing sand off when you get back from the beach etc.
The spacious lounge/diner and both (2) bedrooms ALL HAVE PATIO DOORS LEADING OUT out onto the LARGE TERRACE making the apartment bright, sunny and airy throughout. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The kitchen is SELF CONTAINED and fit for purpose it is large for an apartment of this size. It also has an EXTERNAL WINDOW which means all kitchen cooking smells etc are kept separate from the rest of the apartment unlike a lot of other apartments where there are small galley kitchens which are part of the living area.
The kitchen is WELL EQUIPPED with a washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, hob, kettle, toaster, ironing board and iron .A large variety of kitchen utensils, pots pans, cooking dishes etc are available for use.
As well as the full main bathroom there is an EXTRA handy to have EXTRA cloakroom with a washbasin, vanity unit, and WC.
Spanish TV channels are available onto a flat 32" T.V. A DVD PLAYER is also provided there is also a well stocked English language CD/DVD library for adults and children along with a selection of books and games.

Our House Manager will meet you in Zahara and escort you to the apartment and will explain all about the apartment - thereby making your arrival and stay at the apartment as EASY AND STRESS FREE AS POSSIBLE.
