No estaban las llaves de acceso a la piscina
El apartamento está genial, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario de menaje, etc.
Al nos constar las llaves de acceso a la piscina nos hemos podido disfrutar de este servicio durante 2 primeros días de la estancia. Aunque desde adminsion fueron muy amables y con afán de resolver cuanto antes el problema, nos remitieron al personal de mantenimiento, que estos no tenían tanto interés en resolver y nos remitan al socorrista de la piscina para que nos dejara entrar. Esto ha generado esperas y molestias tanto a nosotros como para algunos vecinos puesto hemos tenido que solicitar el favor de que nos dejarán entrar ellos para estar esperando fuera de la piscina hasta el socorrista nos atendiera. Por los demás muy bien. Que deben mejorar, pues que las limpiadoras se aseguren que estén las tarjetas de la piscina disponibles en cada momento.
