The Xenos Villa 4 is a completely new design. The Xenos Villa 4 was built in 2019 and will be available for rental for the first time in the Spring of 2020. This villa has wonderful sunset and water views. Great for couples or friends who want to lounge poolside and soak up the romance.

Villa 4 is of modern design with large windows and a stunning view of the sea. The island of Kalymnos and Turkey’s coast can be seen from the living room and outdoor dining area.

The villa stretches over 2 floors, plus loft, and 180 sq. meters, allowing plenty of personal space for residents. The villa sits on 1500m2 of private land.

The main entrance leads to the first floor which faces the sea. The first floor consists of the living room, dining area, open kitchen, one bedroom (with double bed), and 1 bathroom. Both living room and kitchen provide ample indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor dining area and the living room provide an amazing opportunity to experience the Greek sunset over the Aegean sea.

The second floor consists of a very large loft with a double bed, an ensuite wc, and a single sofa bed.

The ground floor 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with a bath tub, a separate shower room, and a separate wc. Additionally, there is a large room with a complete gym set up, and an additional sofa bed which can sleep 2 guests.
There is a spacius large roof-veranda of 35 m2 overlooking the Aegean sea with BBQ facilities .
