Our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the location and the potential this property has. The apartment has a beautiful ocean view, and the location is quite convenient. Having a car, we found that most places were only a few minutes away, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue from the beginning. We arrived late in the evening, and it wasn't until walking around that we realized how dirty the floors were, as our socks became noticeably dirty. The following day, we ended up washing the floors ourselves. The apartment also lacked many basic amenities. Guests should be prepared to purchase practically everything they need for their stay The property is also in need of some maintenance and attention. There was a broken light fixture, door trim that had come detached and was left lying on the floor, along with a few other minor issues. We also had no hot water on our first night, although everything else seemed to work properly afterward. Another concern was the noise from the neighbours above. On a couple of nights and early mornings, there was considerable noise, and at times we got the impression that our presence wasn't particularly welcome. For comparison, we spent our second week of vacation in Malta at a different property managed by another company, and the difference in the overall experience was remarkable. Overall, the ocean view and convenient location are definite positives

Tremendous view but this unit needs work

This unit is located right on the cliffs and has stunning views. It is spacious and in a great location. That being said, many items were broken or missing. The freezer had frozen solid and water ran out onto the living room floor, the stove didn't work and the handheld propane lighter was empty, the coffee pot didn't work, there is 1 pot holder so we had a hard time moving a pot of pasta to the sink to drain the water, there were no dish towels so we were not sure what the owner expected us to do with wet dishes (there is a drain rack above the sink for the dishes but no way to dry cups and silverware, the electrical outlet in the master bathroom was broken. This is truly a fantastic unit and it would be a great experience with a little bit of attention.

Appartement pour 6 personnes : -Dans la cuisine manque de couverts….et ceux-ci très mauvaises qualité - que des verres à eau, aucun verres à pied (vin) - pas de machine à café car ne fonctionne pas - pas de produis de base Sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre - torchons Dans la salle de bain, un spots sur trois fonctionnent avec des fils d’électricité apparent très dangereux pour une salle de bain… -Ancienne baignoire à bain remous qui ne fonctionne plus et les buses dans un état de rouille et saleté - Sans compter la moisissure au mur dans la douche - les rails des fenêtres et moustiquaires moisissures et saleté - Placard dans les chambres une odeur de moisissures et les couvertures de plusieurs années entassées..

De woning en locatie zijn wel goed maar wel gehorig (bovenburen) en het was zeer hinderlijk dat het terras regelmatig werd bezocht door derden die gebruik maakten van toegang tot de zee. Wanneer je een huis verhuurt voor 6 personen zorg dan ook voor voldoende koffie/thee kopjes en glazen. Wel zeer ruim en schoon en een goede locatiemanager die zeer behulpzaam was.
