Villa Vinile is a welcoming two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Vinile you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Vinile is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the borough of Pietre, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Maiori beach) at 9 km (roughly 5.6 miles).
You will reach Villa Vinile without having to climb any steps. Because of the road close to the villa, some traffic noise can be heard.
To stay at Villa Vinile you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Patio
The patio is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.

The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a small fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has three windows with a view of the patio and of the surrounding vineyards.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The room has two windows with a view of the greenery.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
