A true home with a huge space in the living room, an open kitchen plan. There are 3 bedrooms, 1. A large bedroom with a double bed size upstairs. 2. Second bedroom with a medium-sized room and a double bed and lastly, 3. A single bedroom with a decent size.
Enjoy free parking in a driveway and a decent backyard. There is a toilet downstairs and bathroom upstairs. There are shops are and good transport links. Only a few minutes drive to Manchester City club and an off-license around the corner.

Lovely property and very kind host

Clean and spacious home, pet friendly and my kitten loved exploring the house. Every room had multiple phone chargers which was a great touch and the house was nice and had plenty of refills for our week long stay! Thank you to the lovely host for staying in touch on WhatsApp before and throughout the stay, hope to return again!

Did the job just fine.

The rental worked out just fine. Communication with the landlord-owner was first class, he obviously understand the importance of communication. The property was clean and everything worked as advertised, although I think it’s fair to say that some minor cosmetic touch up are required. WiFi internet works perfect good selection of TV channels. Off road parking a big plus, close to all transport links into Manchester city centre with the metro link 2 min walk. All in all we would stay at this property again for a short term rental.

Good place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was clean and comfortable but could have done with some extras ie Bath mat, table mats (scared of scratching the table). The house was close to family we were visiting.

This property is a special one because of its location, newly built, spacious, cleanliness and very welcoming neighbours. Not far from the many things you would naturally wish you have around you. Manchester City stadium is just around the corner. Many stores and restaurants in and around the area.
