Be aware this property is in direct path of departing and arriving flights in psp over 100 a day.

Property fine but the near constant flow of thundering aircraft was impossible to deal with.our dog was constantly shaking never could sleep past 5:45 am.had to spend 10 nights elsewhere to try and rest as well as leave for home 10 days early due to additional expense.the aircraft fly and land right above you so the sound and rumble in intense even inside house with two white noise sound machines and fan we purchasedpuhadtpurchsese.please know the bathroom is thunderous

Air traffic over the complex and surrounding area can increase time to time depending on flight paths. We have never had any guests in the past 10 years found this to be an issue. Tidy, peaceful slice of paradise close to all the things PS has to offer. OMG the mountain views from the patio! We enjoyed one of the many pools here nearly every day of our stay. Communication with Fred was easy and enjoyable; he's super responsive & helpful if there's an issue. A+!

Wonderful Stay!

Fred, our host, was super responsive to all of our communication. We noticed there was no vacuum in the unit and he ordered one which was delivered the next day! The unit was very comfortable and has an amazing patio that wraps around the property. The area is entirely secured and our dogs and us, loved being able to just let the dogs out the slider door for them to roam. The complex is super pet friendly and has an enormous "park like" area for the dogs to explore (on a leash of course!). We had just moved across country and we rented his condo while we found a condo to purchase. We highly recommend renting Fred's place! Thanks Fred!

We had a wonderful stay , really enjoyed the outside living as there was outdoor furnitures

The owner had everything set out for us on our arrival and when we contacted him he returned a call right away. The condo is in a very nice gated community.
