Palm Springs, Greenhouse East! 2 Bdrs/2 Baths/ 25 Yard pool/Amazing location!

Greenhouse East is a safe and very quiet GATED complex. It is only 7 minutes from the airport/ 3 minute drive to downtown/ 10-15 minute walk to downtown. VERY close to all the great restaurants and shopping. Also very close to the beautiful Aqua Caliente casino! Hospital and Urgent care within a few minutes, two major grocery stores within 5 minute drive. This is the only 25 yard PRIVATE lap pool in Palm Springs. (Other is the public pool) The landscaping is amazing, Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, Orange trees, even Olive trees! The people here are very polite and friendly and you can't beat the incredible view of the mountains. NOTE: The Living Room and both bedrooms have beautiful Mountain Views!!

Brand new patios (2) installed in June of 2024. BRAND new double shower in Primary bathroom (doorless) completed 10 05 24. Computer work desks in each bedroom! HP Printer set up as well! FIREPIT/ WEBER GRILL/ OUTDOOR DINING !!) THREE big screen Smart TVs! 65 inch Samsung in the Primary Bedroom/ 65 inch Samsung in the Living Room and 43 inch Samsung in the guest bedroom. Hi speed internet and cable. Easy access to your Streaming accounts as well.
There are two outdoor patios. One is smaller and set up for the BBQ (easy access to Kitchen) The larger patio is 800 Square feet and there is the FIRE PIT with a love seat and two chairs with cushions, large outdoor dining table. Also, two chaise lounges.
There is secure parking in your garage space (1 car) and more in the parking lot which is gated. The complex is very secure and codes are needed at all entry points. KEYLESS entry pads for the gate to the Patio as well as the Front door! Wait, did I mention there is a tennis court here as well!
HOA requires 30 day min stays..
We can be somewhat flexible on arrival/departure dates as long as we have a minimum of 30 days.

As of 3/31/25 Condo is booked through June 10th
June 10th- Oct 14th is Open
Nov 1st- Dec 31st are open.
JAN/FEB/MARCH 2026 are booked.
April 1st, 2026 Condo is available again.

Greenhouse East was built in 1979 and is one of the most desirable locations and condo developments in Palm Springs. Very spacious, amazing landscaping, the only private 25 yard pool in PS. Location is perfect, the complex is very well maintained and very secure. Any questions, just ask!

No loud outdoor music, the association and the city are VERY strict on this.
The big screen TV's are Smart TVs and have internet so you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, Prime, other favorite TV sources!

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

I had a wonderful stay at Greenhouse East. The condo is modern with all the amenities in a friendly, centrally located community. Gehrig and Rick were great hosts. I will consider returning on my next trip.

Great place and great host

Lovely condo in a lovely setting. The host was very considerate and very attentive to our needs. A very convenient location as well, where one could walk to downtown restaurants instead of using a car…Wonderful condo!

Greenhouse condo

The condo was all that was advertised and much more Opulent is the right word to describe it! Nothing was left undone from accommodation to food to marble floors granite counters premium linens snd three different patios. Location was excellent. Gerig stayed in touch with me but never intrusive. Loved it there Dolores siegman

Dolores was a fantastic guest and we loved having her at our condo! Guests like her spoil you, she called to say that she had washed the floors, washed and folded the linens the day she was leaving! We've been pretty lucky with some amazing guests like Dolores!

We have travelled from Scotland to Palm Springs for last 20 years and have both rented and owned our own property. We sold our property recently and did not think we would find anywhere we loved as much, but we have in this property. We were met by Gehrig & Rick’s concierge, who showed us around informing us how everything worked. The property was spotlessly clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We have rented on several occasions and have never experienced such attention to detail in trying to cater to guests needs. Gehrig contacted us to ensure we were comfortable and if there was anything we needed just to let him know. The patio is very private with comfortable chairs and fire pit, which is lovely to sit at in evening with cocktail. There is an excellent grill with comfortable table and chairs for al fresco dining and sun loungers. The development is very quiet, it’s hard to believe it is within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs with all its restaurants and buzz. It is very well maintained and very pleasant walk around, there are fruit trees hanging with limes, lemons and grapefruit - you are free to pick some fruit if you wish and everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. It is 100% the best experience we have had in renting a property anywhere. I cannot praise the property and the owners, Gehrig & Rick, enough. We visit Palm Springs at least once a year and this will be our go-to property, a complete home from home, we loved it.

Bob & Carole were our FIRST renters at our new condo. It was like having family members that actually cared about your home :) We take a lot of pride in our condo and we put in all the luxuries that we want when we stay there and know that others would appreciate! They were an absolute joy to have and we were so comfortable having them in our home. They both actually did cleaning inside and outside. When they were leaving (after 30 days), they sent pics of the drawers, cabinets, all rooms, who does that? Truly the best guests you could ask for and we hope future guests would be half as great as them! Being first time "landlords," we wanted to make sure everything was right and our goal is to do that for everyone! We can't wait to have them back!!!

Gehrig & Rick here, from Chicago. Been coming to PS for many years and when we couldn't rent our usual condo in Greenhouse East, we bought one so we could come back year after year and stay at this amazing complex. Now we will rent it out (28 night minimum) when we are not there.

Why they chose this property

1 mile from downtown. Across the street from the Movie Colony, great houses to walk by and check out. Close to the casino (5 mins), all the great downtown restaurants as well. The ONLY 25 yard lap pool (Private) in Palm Springs if you're a swimmer!

What makes this property unique

Incredible landscaping, tennis court, swimming pool, jacuzzi, VERY quiet, very relaxing, hard to find something this nice close to downtown. Excellent parking, garage space as well.
