This spacious 3 bedroom modern home is the perfect Palm Springs escape. The 2800 square foot home is stylishly decorated with polished concrete floors, stunning decor, modern art and comfortable, contemporary furniture. It is designed to facilitate easy entertaining with an open floor plan and a seamless flow from inside to outside using large sliding doors with easy access to the pool, and a large resort-like yard from any room in the house. This home features oversized rooms, with large windows, stunning designer bathrooms, zoned temperature control, salt water pool and spa, and a flawless, unobstructed view of Mount San Jacinto.The kitchen is a chefs' or entertainers' dream with industrial quality appliances. The Master Bedroom boasts a comfy king-size bed, large walk-in closet, a private patio/reading area and stunning mountain views. Oversized designer rain shower, modern changing area, and a small office area with a flat screen TV complete the gorgeous master bedroom. Two Guest Bedrooms (one is attached and second is a fully private casita with separate entrance). The second bedroom contains a king size been and the casita has a queen size bed with high-end linens and modern decorations, large closets and dressers. One guest bathroom contains an oversized soaking tub and the other a heavenly shower that is double the size of a regular shower. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has all the amenities of true luxury with stainless appliances including industrial gas stove/oven, convection oven/microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen contains all dishes, cookware and serving ware needed for your stay. Separate dining Area with seating for up to 6 people. Living Room has ample seating, and a 32-inch flat screen TV. Along side the pool and spa, you will find a cozy outdoor fire place for evening outdoor entertaining, bikes, table tennis/ping pong and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.

Getaway

The house was great and in a quiet neighborhood that was close to downtown. Lots to do within 2 miles. Checkin was a breeze and had no issues while there. Would definitely recommend.

Tranquil home-base

The house is gorgeous, and the furniture and art have been updated since the pictures were taken. The home is very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are also great spent a lot of time lounging out by the pool. Will definitely book again next time we are in Palm Springs

Relaxing Getaway

This property is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. Everything you need has been supplied for you. The owners and property manager are very responsive and helpful. Close to shopping and restaurants but located in quiet neighborhood.

Great location

Overall the house was great. The pool and spa were really nice, and even though the weather was a little cool, we were in the spa everyday. You can’t beat the privacy. You’re in a neighborhood but feel like your isolated. The location is good. You can get to downtown Palm Springs in minutes, and it’s a short drive to Palm Desert and Cathedral City. The owners and management were very quick to respond to any questions we had. There were a couple cleaning issues but nothing that couldn’t be addressed or affected the stay. We would consider going back next year.
