Sunrise Villas is a highly desirable condominium complex in South Palm Springs, conveniently located within minutes of downtown Palm Springs, restaurants, golfing and the Palm Springs Airport. Very Quiet, Private with generous green space and low density. Very much like a residential neighborhood.

All our guests tell us this is one of the best vacation rental condos they have seen in Palm Springs! The "Resort Like Setting" is ideal--- lots of Sun with a great view of the pool and mountains . Very clean, recent remodel of kitchen & baths; updated and tastefully decorated.

Located on the quiet "inner circle" of the Sunrise Villas Complex in near windless South Palm Springs, this condo features Two Private Patios (southern exposure) with views of the Pool, Mountains and Palm Trees...

The Master Bedroom has access and glass door views to the "Pool patio", plus with the second bath near the guest room. The 2nd private "Courtyard Patio" provides a quiet retreat.

The amenities, views, location and serenity of this condo convinced us it was a "keeper". Renovated and Tastefully Decorated, It's very large (nearly 1400 Sq/Ft) plus it's mountain & pool view setting is in the very peaceful-quiet Complex of Sunrise Villas. (Minutes to downtown PS and the airport)

For Tennis/Pickle Ball Lovers: Three private courts are conveniently located just across the street!

The multiple (8) swimming pools-spas are surrounded by an oasis of palm and citrus fruit trees. The abundance of green space ensures a private and very quiet surrounding. Conveniently located near shopping, downtown Palm Springs and the airport. This vacation rental condo has one of the best settings in the complex! (In our and our guests opinion!)

PLEASE NOTE: All occupants must be declared at the time reservation is completed. Any "unannounced house guests" will incur an additional Per Diem Charge.

NO SMOKING...NO PETS !

Damage Deposit can be paid as a $700 Deposit or by purchasing VRBO's insurance policy. (see pricing on web site)

Fabulous Stay

This listing is very accurate. The condo was a comfortable place to stay for a month. Communication was easy and clear. Cell service in this area of PS was awful (ATT) so you have to rely on wifi. Wifi okay as long as not using for work. Condo well outfitted but you do not have use of the garage. Plenty of space on street/ 1 spot in driveway. Only an issue if wanted car away from the sun. There are tennis and pickleball courts so bring your own equipment. The pools were lovely, neighbors nice - Lots of Canadian snowbirds, grounds lovely. I would not hesitate to repeat this rental if I had the opportunity. Thanx for sharing your place.

Perfect vacation condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo from start to finish. It is beautifully renovated and well equipped throughout. It has a spacious, sunny patio where we often enjoyed our meals. The owners have thought of everything to ensure the comfort of guests even including bicycles, tennis racquets and books with information about activities and entertainment in the area. The condo was immaculate upon arrival and the pools and grounds were well maintained at all times. It is a quiet, peaceful complex with friendly and helpful neighbors. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. Check-in and check-out were easy and we were provided with all the information we needed in a timely manner. We hope to return to this beautiful condo!

Paradise Found

We have been wintering in Palm Springs for several years from Canada. This unit we proudly call home, and happily recommend it to friends and family. Recently remodeled and in pristine condition, this unit is steps to the pool and tennis courts. Quiet, central location in complex, and surrounded by plentiful green manicured landscape. We love the spacious, south-facing, sun-kissed patio. Walking distance to Ralphs and Smoketree Village/Common shopping areas. Owners are very helpful. Aim to make our stay an enjoyable one. This unit is an oasis in the desert.

NO DISAPPOINTMENTS HERE!! SUNNY, SPACIOUS, AND SUPER LOCATION

From the first day we truly felt at home (that's a good thing!). The delightfully sunny patio with all-day sunshine was just what we came for. With the wall-to-wall windows the "great room" is so pleasant to be in. The master bath and closet was a very pleasant surprise! Nice neighborhood for walks. The owners have thought of everything. Our visit was uniformly excellent in every way. Not one negative.

We just completed a wonderful stay at this condo, and would recommend it highly. It's spacious, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, very comfortable, and convenient to all kinds of activities. The owners couldn't have been more helpful. It's a real find!

* Close to (walk able) to grocery stores, post office, shopping, walking & bike trails, etc.

* Sunrise Villas is very 'Low Density' with generous amounts of Green-space, lawns & trees, landscaping, & citrus. (pick your own grapefruit!)

* Street and dedicated driveway parking, single level construction (no stairs)


What makes this property unique

* Very quiet & peaceful for relaxing & reading a book - Often you have the pool & grounds to we love our neighbors too!

* Sunny Southern Exposure - Our patio (nicest in the complex!) over looks Palm Trees, one of 8 pools and the Scenic mountain views.

* Literally steps to our own "Area Pools". Close to other complex amenities (Pickle Ball and Tennis courts-Therapy Pool/Spa)

* One of the most pleasant locations in the complex, for views, convenience & Sun

*Plus- We have a terrific & helpful neighbors!!!
