Very close to Downtown, casino,Ruth hardly park,Desert regional hospital and airport. (And not in the path of airport). Very Quiet neighborhood. New Kitchen and appliances. Newly remodeled Condo . Wifi and T.V super box for all your streaming needs.Great variety of excellent restaurants and entertainment. Every Thursday night street market Downtown .
