About this property

This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse is in the heart of downtown Palm Springs! 48@ Arenas is the perfect respite in the rear of a quiet complex. Mountain views from the main level, primary bedroom and patio put nature into perspective. We are close to terrific hiking trails w/ amazing views of the valley all the while within blocks of restaurants/bars, cafes, spas, a casino, a world class museum, live entertainment, & shops.

Form and function abound in the contemporary furnishings throughout this condo. The kitchen is fully supplied for the chef, baker & cocktail maker. The full sized laundry is tucked away next to the kitchen. Upstairs, each of the spacious bedroom suites are welcoming retreats with rich linens, plush towels, and from the primary suite views of the Santa Rosa mountains! The primary suite has a large walk-in shower. The guest suite has a shower over tub, functions as a gym, office, and sleeps 2 on a queen-sized murphy bed. Not to be forgotten, the patio has a Weber BBQ, we provide free WIFI, & expanded cable.

Winter season rentals are 2 months minimum in duration.

Reatoration Time

This is a Lovely Spot in Palm Springs ! We will be looking forward to it again next April . The Owneer was Stellar with Great Communication and the Amenities were Outstanding . Can’t wait to return .
