Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close and lock all windows, turn off and unplug all fans, unplug all appliances on kitchen counter.
Trash, Recycles, and Compost must be in garbage bags in proper receptacles in carport and set out for pickup.
Unit must be relatively clean. Spills cleaned up, crumbs cleaned up and left neat and tidy,
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must sign Rental Agreement and agree to all HOA Rules and Regulations. If not able to sign agreement, rental will be cancelled immediately.

We can't say enough good things about our experience in Palm Springs! Brad was an exceptional host, very communicative, and wanted nothing more than to make our stay the best it could be. From the linens to the well-appointed kitchen, the unit had everything we needed. The unit was so private, we used the outside patio every morning and evening, our dog was welcome and loved the area, the neighbors were friendly, and the area is incredible. The unit is close to everything, the restaurants were wonderful (we followed Brad's recommendations), and we found the local pool and swam laps 4 times per week. (The pools at the complex were very nice, but not big enough for laps.) My husband fell in love with Indian Canyons Golf Course and its practice areas. As a testament to how well we liked it, we are going three months next year rather than the one month stay we had this year.

I always seek out short-term rental properties for my personal travel. I like to travel a lot and my work keeps me on a plane most weeks. I ski, swim, bike, cook, travel, sail, boat, water ski, golf, hike, fish, and camp. Really enjoy friends and sharing a glass of wine.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood due to it being in a quiet area that is surrounded by mountains and close to hiking. It has less lights pointing up, so you can see the stars and feel one with the skies. It's less windy in the south of Palm Springs and less traffic, but still close to town.

What makes this property unique

This is such a great property due to it has mountains visable from almost every window and doors. The property is uniqe with only 64 units with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. It's a very quiet gated community.
