The Coco Cabana is an exclusive mid-century modern boutique community with only 31 villa homes situated on four beautifully landscaped lush acres, with yours being the closest to the fabulous pool, spa, and tennis courts. Originally built in 1956 by famed architect Charles W Doty on Palm Springs prestigious South Side, this is the peaceful, quiet get-away-from-it-all you've been looking for!

Nestled near the San Jacinto Mountains and surrounded by palm trees, the Coco Cabana is the best kept secret in the desert. The condo is an older home in a great location. We loved the quiet pool area and the privacy of the pool. The condo had everything you needed (except a kettle for making tea) and the beds were very comfortable.

I hate giving this place such a poor rating however the check-in process was a mess. I never received check in information until I contacted them the day we checked in. I had received an email from Vaasa saying the local management company changed and the new one would send me info. It never came; then when I contacted Vaasa they gave me a phone number but it was for a management company who did t manage this property. After numerous phone calls we finally got someone to assist us. The property and location is wonderful!!Front door lock didn’t work the last two days; we called for assistance but the new code didn’t work either, so couldn’t lock up if we left. Luckily no one broke in!!Vacasa who owns the property needs to be better organized for renters!! First time I’ve ever had trouble renting through Vrbo!!

Fantastic location

This condo is steps from the pool and tennis courts, but walkable in many other ways. We easily walked to shops and restaurants that made the stay even more convenient. No need to rent a car and we just used ride-shares when we wanted to go downtown or elsewhere. I’ll choose this properly again when I go back to Palm Springs.

Bad really bad timing for our pet They had just receded the grass so there was nowhere to walk them. There were little tiny things that were not right about set up such as the air conditioning thing was awful if you couldn't set it below 76 and you couldn't get any air flow through the unit securely overnight because the screens and doors didn't work well. The sheets were terrible and scratchy fortunately I brought my own to cover the furniture from dog hair so we used those to sleep on. The ad said there was a coffee grinder so we didn't bring one but there wasn't one And the people on the other end of the text couldn't help us. The Bougainvillea that's growing just outside the patio door needs to be trimmed and ran into it several times with my head The kitchen was nicely stocked. And everything else seemed to work well. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi.
