Luxurious Vacation Rental 10 mins walk from Epernay town centre

A Champagne lovers haven, perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or a comfortable home for up to 8 guests (adults only!).

Located a short walk (10 mins) from Épernay town centre with many excellent restaurants, cafes and bars (we’re happy to recommend for you), and 15 mins walk to the Champagne houses (Moët et Chandon, Pol Roger, Perrier-Jouet and many more) on Avenue de Champagne.

Our Town house has plenty of free parking right in front. Comprising 3 floors, the 1st floor includes all common areas (kitchen, dining room, sitting room, shower room, W.C.) and a bedroom with a King-size bed. On the 2nd floor is a bathroom and 3 further bedrooms each with Super-king beds. There is a quiet, sunny courtyard to the rear, perfect for dining al fresco and relaxing with a glass of Champagne with friends.

We run several yoga and art retreats during the warmer months in the ground floor studio (with underfloor heating as needed). You are welcome to use it during your stay. Namasté.

Fantastic stay!

I stayed here with 5 of my college friends for a milestone birthday. The home was beautiful and had plenty of space for all of us. Paula provided fantastic recommendations and was a wonderful host!

Lovely home!

A beautiful setting, this home is fully appointed to meet any need. The yoga room and back patio were highlights for our group. We used Paula’s recommendations for biking services and restaurants and were well pleased with both. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Oauka!

Lovely house

Paula was a top rank host. Quick to respond, thoughtful, and helpful. The kitchen is smallish but pretty well equipped. Reims is a great side trip, of course, but so is chalone-en-champagne. We had many excellent meals. Best was probably Why Not, much more elegant than the name suggests. Was not wowed by Grillade Gourmand.If you are serious about champagne, I recommend you arrange visits with some small growers. The large house tours are fun but not as interesting.

Stay in Epernay April 20-24 2025

We stayed at Paula's amazing house for my sisters 60th birthday. We were a group of four and each had a room to ourselves! First of all, Paula was an amazing host-she always responded to questions promptly, went out of her way to find out answers for us and to give us information about Epernay, places to eat/offered to make reservations for us and details about champagne houses to visit. She even shopped for some supplies for us before our arrival and had them in the house when we got there (It was Easter Sunday and the markets were going to be closed before we got in). The neighborhood was great and easily walkable to the Avenue de Champagne. The house was exceptionally clean, well appointed and beautifully maintained. Living area and beds were very comfortable and cozy. Kitchen totally stocked. The house had absolutely everything one would need. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope to come back and visit again sometime soon!! The only thing I might note is that there were more stairs than anticipated (2 sets from entry to main floor, then again to 3rd level with the 3 bedrooms)This was not really a problem for us other than navigating our overly packed suitcases up them :) which we did by unpacking them first! LOL :) Overall an amazing experience with Paula and her house!!

Beautiful home, amazing host.

We stayed in this lovely home for a week in early August for a French vacation, with a side of Olympics in Paris. It was perfect. Pictures don’t do it justice. It has one of the best-stocked kitchens of any vacation home we have rented; modern, with everything you need to prepare a meal, and nothing you don’t. The home is immaculate and nicely decorated with comfortable sofas and great wifi. The beds are all of high quality and comfortable. The courtyard garden is delightful. Communicating with Paula is easy; she is an amazing and friendly host, knowledgable about the region. During our stay there was a water main break and half of Epernay was without water for a day. Paula sent us repair updates from neighbors and the city’s website. Even more, she helped us find a suitable hotel for one night; our adult kids were arriving, jetlagged, from the US, and we knew they would appreciate running water. The issue was resolved overnight, and became another funny travel story, thanks to Paula. If you stay here, you will able to walk to some really nice restaurants, the Champagne houses and an amazing bakery just around the corner. Favorites for the week were Le Why Not, Cookin (french-thai fusion), Chez Ali and Au Petit Fourneau. All were unique, but delicious and we highly recommend. Another highlight were our e-bike rides through villages and vineyards. We rented from Facil-e-bike next to the tourist office. It was a great stay, and we would gladly book again.

Delightful Stay

Our host, Paula, was a great communicator from start to finish. The house is lovely, very clean and well stocked. It easily accommodated my husband and me, our two adult children and their spouses. Located on a quiet street and short walk into town.

At home away from home

The apartment is spacy and well equipped with a nice interior design. The perfect place for exploring the champagne area during the day and relax at home in the evening / night. All the attractions in the city are within walking distance. Short by are bakeries so one can get fresh croissants in the morning for breakfast

Escape to Epernay!

We felt very Covid secure - in Epernay and within the house. What a fabulous house! We had a fantastic mini break and Paula’s home was absolutely ideal for us. Extremely comfortable with all necessary amenities, definitely a home from home. The house is situated in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and is within walking distance of the centre, restaurants, champagne houses and in fact anything you may need for your stay. When we visit Epernay again this is where we will be staying. Thank you Paula.

Our family fell in love with our 100-year-old home from day one and set out to create a luxurious, welcoming and comfortable home to gather with loved ones to relax, share experiences, enjoy great meals and celebrations and create lasting memories
