Rocio y Paloma Viñuela by Ruralidays

Villa situated 9 km far from the town of La Viñuela, in the region of La Axarquía, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

As soon as you get there, you will be satisfied by the peace which one can breathe in this marvellous area.

The holiday home is divided into four bedrooms, two with a double bed, the other two with two single beds each, in addition to a daybed which can welcome one more person. Furthermore, you will have at your disposal a vast and luminous dining-living room with fireplace and a completely equipped independent kitchen. The house has AC in the living room.

From the holiday home’s outside area you will enjoy some impressive sunsets, when the mountains of the Pantano de la Viñuela and the Pico de la Maroma, as well as the picturesque white towns of the Axarquía are painted with incredibly vivid colours. Here you can take a walk or sunbathe in its huge gardens, take a dip in the splendid private swimming pool, cook for your family and friends in the barbecue area or enjoy a delicious meal in its vast terrace. Lastly, this house also provides its guests with a private parking lot and two outdoor toilets.

Only the paved access’s last 100 meters are not paved, although they are in a very good condition.

Es war von Anfang bis Ende fantastisch. Das Haus entspricht genau den Bildern und Beschreibungen und der Besitzer Antonio ist super nett und freundlich. Alles sieht super aus, die Lage ist ruhig und gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus ist innen wunderschön und komplett ausgestattet. Ich würde dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen. Wenn Sie Ruhe, einen Panoramablick vom Haus, eine schöne Inneneinrichtung mit viel Stauraum usw. suchen, sind Sie hier genau richtig, es ist einfach wunderbar. Wir haben nun unser fünftes Objekt gebucht und für eine Familie mit Kleinkind war es fantastisch.

Dit vakantiehuis is heel prettig en geschikt voor een groot gezin of een groep vrienden. Wij waren met 3 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Het zwembad was fantastisch ook al was het wat fris in begin mei. Toch hebben de kids zich er goed in vermaakt. Er zijn verschillende zitjes zodat je goed overzicht hebt en op verschillende plekken kan zitten met spectaculair uitzicht! De bedden zijn heel goed en het is fijn dat de slaapkamers goed verduistert kunnen worden. Antonio is heel vriendelijk en komt gelijk als er iets is. Helaas kan hij geen Engels en wij spraken geen Spaans dus communiceren was vrij moeilijk. Gelukkig was alles heel duidelijk en gebruiksvriendelijk. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en veel uitstapjes gemaakt

La casa es genial, la piscina, la barbacoa, las zonas de ocio.. todo muy bien. La zona no esta muy lejos para poder comprar o visitar velez malaga o torre del mar. Lo unico negativo es que la tele no se veía y que hay 5 hamacas en lugar de 7 como indica la información. Y para el fresco que hace fuera por las noches en las habitaciones hace un poco de calor, pero hay ventiladores en todas las habitaciones y colchones nuevos. En general muy bien, estuvimos muy agusto y lo pasamos genial

Maison très fonctionnelle dans un paysage grandiose. Aucune promiscuité et l'indépendance est totale. Mais Antonio reste disponible si besoin. Le spectacle admiré de la terrasse, sur le lac est un enchantement. La vue est magnifique. Malgré la route du bas, quelquefois un peu bruyante. Aucune commodité à pied, mais tout est très proche en voiture : magasins, Autoroutes… Et tout autour de la propriété, des lieues où faire de très belles promenades. A l'intérieur, la maison est très spacieuse et il n'y manque rien d'essentiel. Un tout petit bémol pour l'eau chaude, capricieuse. Au final : 1 semaine de dépaysement et calme garantie - A conseiller

Villa avec une vue magnifique sur le lac, bien située. Minimum 15 min de route pour aller aux villes les plus proches, mais certains restaurants sont situés aux alentours de la villa. Faire attention car pas de four et quelques petits soucis avec l'eau chaude. Et le dépôt des poubelles se fais un peu plus loin , rien à proximité. Mais rien à signaler d'autre, je reviendrais avec plaisir dans cette villa.

Echt Spaans huis met prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Een fijn zwembad waar we heel veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Het is soms wat lastig dat de eigenaar alleen Spaans spreekt, vooral met het eerste telefonische contact bij aankomst maar met de vertaal-app kwamen we een heel eind. Hij is erg behulpzaam. Voor wat betreft het aantal handdoeken per persoon, dat is inderdaad niet zo veel maar voor de ligbedden bij het zwembad hadden wij onze eigen badlakens meegenomen. Ook kregen we na een week weer schone lakens en handdoeken. Tussendoor hebben we de handdoeken ook nog gewassen, er is een wasmachine, dus geen probleem. Wij hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad op deze mooie locatie.

De ligging en het uitzicht zijn uniek, zo mooi! Er ligt een weg onder die je niet ziet maar wel hoort, dat vonden wij geen probleem want er rijden niet zo veel auto's en het geluid valt echt mee. De tuin is groot en erg mooi aangelegd. Veel leuke hoekjes om te zitten. Het zwembad is erg schoon, groot en heerlijk qua temperatuur. Schoonmaak bij aankomst is perfect. Helaas geen extra schoonmaak tussendoor bij een verblijf van 12 dagen. Wel komen ze schoon bedlinnen en handdoeken brengen. Wifi perfect. Barbecue/buitenkeuken top! Eigenaar Antonio zeer vriendelijk.

Un lugar apto tanto para familias como parejas. Disfrutamos de una semana en ella y nos pareció corto. Unas vistas para disfrutar por las tardes tranquilamente en el porche viendo el contraste de luz y color que ofrece el paisaje. El propietario una persona atenta y que se preocupa por tu comodidad durante la estancia. Gracias Antonio. Sin duda volveremos.

Die Ausstattung war generell gut. Gefehlt hat ein Backofen und ein funktionierendes Radio. Der Fernseher funktionierte auch nur teilweise. Warmes Wasser gab es nur über einen Gaserhitzer und es dauerte circa 15 min bis das lau warme Wasser in der Dusche ankam. Der Ausblick und das Außengelände waren atemberaubend.

This house is superb when you are looking for a quit relaxation holiday with the best view i ever had. A nice cool swimming pool, the children (3,5 years) loved it. Beds with firm matrasses. Airconditioning only in living room. Even during a stay in june it already gets hot in the night. But fans are provided in every bedroom. Perfect wifi, so the children could watch their tablets. Nice bbq area. Everything very clean (also inside the house). Communication with the owner via telephone eas difficult because he only speaks spanish. And uses a translation program on tablet for communication, this is ok. For dining out we mostly went to torre del mar (mexican, italian and snackbar) this is a 45 minute drive. Also three times to the beach. 3euro for a lovely bed with thick matrass under a umbrella. Hiring a family bike or a childrens bike is very nice to do in the evening. The kids also loved the playing garden near the beach.

Can not fault this villa in any way super views all the mod cons you would need and most of all piece and quiet.Owner is one of the most helpful I have came across and is very very helpful nothing is too much for him to do and when you need assistance as we did when my partner fractured her knee in an accident when on holiday in May.
