Amazing stay!

This was absolutely beautiful! Very spacious,lovely furnishings,wonderful attentive hosts.The location is excellent..train station at top of the street, gorgeous walking areas to the beaches and nearby restaurants. Would absolutely recommend!!!

Beautiful Stay in Sanremo

If you are looking for a beautiful apartment to stay with your family this is it. The owner met us outside the unit which was amazing. He showed us around the unit and provided great information about the area. They were so kind to leave us a welcome basket which was so nice and thoughtful.The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean with all the amenities you may need. The description of the unit is exactly what is was. They also provided bikes which was a bonus for us! The apartment is in a great safe location within walking distances to the beaches, biking trail and shops. The market and great restaurants are close by which is great for a family like ours. We had such a wonderful stay here with our family and hope to come back next year. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

La casa è molto bella dotata di ogni comfort stanze ampie pulite.proprietari gentilissimi.ottima posizione davanti al mare e abbastanza vicino al centro. C'era persino una bicicletta in dotazione. Comodo anche il parcheggio interno.purtroppo non sempre disponibile perché è condominiale ma vicino alla struttura vi è un parcheggio gratuito (vicino al porto) e un parcheggio a pagamento nella via dove si deve buttare il vetro. Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, sie war sehr gepflegt und schön gestaltet. Sie war sehr sauber, und hatte das was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Leider fehlt eine Spülmaschine und ein Backofen, Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Es gibt fussläufig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Bahnhof war direkt gegenüber und das Meer vor der Tür. Wir mussten unser Auto nicht einmal benutzen. Top

Deuxième séjour pour nous dans ce logement. Accueil très chaleureux de Fabio. Logement offrant toutes les commodités. Terrasse très intime. Proximité de la station de train et de tous les services. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation centrale de l'hébergement, à proximité de tous les commerces, de la gare ferroviaire et de la promenade le long de la mer. C'est un appartement spacieux, bien entretenu, propre et très bien équipé avec une jolie terrasse (sans vue). Nous y avons pris nos repas.

Gute Lage und schöne Wohnung

Insgesamt waren wir begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt in Sanremo. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Terasse. Der einzige Nachteil war der nicht vorhandene Parkplatz, obwohl das im Titel der Anzeige stand. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, muss man daher immer einen Parkplatz irgendwo in der Umgebung suchen.

But what you wrote is not correct: all our Guests park their car in the places reserved on a first come first served basis as described on the advertisement and we block the place with our car to welcome our Guests. L'appartamento più bello che abbiamo mai avuto!

L'appartamento si trova in una strada a traffico limitato, alla quale possono accedere solo i residenti. I padroni di casa Fabio e Giovanna ci avevano già riservato un posto auto. Eravamo un'ora prima a Sanremo e la consegna è stata comunque ottima! Giovanna e Fabio sono arrivati subito. Ci hanno dato un caloroso benvenuto. Per l'arrivo c'era una bottiglia di rosé in frigorifero e sul tavolo c'era una salsa di pomodoro e pasta. Grazie mille ancora per questo! L'appartamento è piacevolmente fresco, in quanto si trova nel seminterrato, ma è comunque luminoso e ha un'ampia terrazza circostante. In tutte le camere sono le zanzariere. L'appartamento è arredato con molto stile. Vogliamo sottolineare che l'appartamento era pulitissimo ed il cambio di tutte le lenzuola e asciugamani dopo una settimana! La spiaggia e il centro della città sono raggiungibili a piedi. Anche negozi importanti come panetteria, macelleria o supermercato. Giovanna e Fabio ci hanno gentilmente messo a disposizione 2 biciclette. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio nell'appartamento, come a casa, e lo affitteremmo di nuovo in qualsiasi momento. Possiamo assolutamente consigliare l'appartamento!

Die Wohnung an sich entsprach den Erwartungen. Es war sauber, alles Nötige und noch mehr vorhanden. Einzige Kritik, es riecht leicht nach Schimmel im Schlafzimmer. Die Stadt Sanremo ist im Sommee bestimmt schön, aber im Oktober nicht lohnenswert. Wobei das für die Bewertung der Wohnung nicht relevant ist

Schönes Haus im Zentrum von Sanremo

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast und sind viel unterwegs gewesen, hauptsächlich in Südfrankreich. Hierfür war es eine perfekte Lage, vor allem weil immer ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung stand. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet, wir waren sehr dankbar für das Begrüßungspaket (Prosecco, Wasser, Nudeln, Soße und Kekse). Es ist alles in der Küche vorhanden, auch Salz, Öl und Spülmittel war da. Die Dusche ist in der Badewanne, wir sind beide über 185cm groß, da war es nicht ganz so einfach, weil der Duschschlauch zu kurz war, aber das war auch schon das einzige Problem. Und was nicht ganz so ersichtlich ist, es ist eine Kellerwohnung. Großer Vorteil, es ist angenehm temperiert, kleiner Nachteil, die Schränke riechen etwas und wir mussten alles Geschirr vor der Benutzung spülen. Die Kommode für das Geschirr ist nicht so ideal. Aber sonst alles sehr sauber und eine super sichere Lage direkt hinter der Polizei. Jedes Fenster hat ein Mückengitter, was auch nötig war, auf der Terrasse hat uns Autan gerettet. Sehr empfehlen kann ich ein Eis bei Grom und eine Pizza bei Spaccanapoli. Auch der Wochenmarkt am Dienstag war toll. Direkt um die Ecke ist auch ein 24/7 Supermarkt. Bussana Vecchia sollte man sich unbedingt ansehen, dort ist es sehr mittelalterlich und verwinkelt schön, und wir waren in Arma die Taggia baden, tolle Strände, die nicht so überlaufen sind. Vor allem am Kite-Strand, da waren wir ganz allein. Ausflüge haben wir nach Nizza, Bussana Vecchia, San Laurenzo al Mare, Monte Carlo, Menton und St. Tropez gemacht. Alles zu empfehlen.

Nice apartment close to beach and city

Very nice, well maintained and friendly apartment, close to the beach (5-10 mins walk) and the city center (10 mins). Owners are extremely friendly and helpful, offering lots of insight into Sanremo and what to do. Also complementary bikes for experiencing the 20km bike path are handy!

grossräumige, schöne und sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung

Der Strand, die Geschäfte und Restaurants sind sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt nur 100m vom Bahnhof entfernt. Ein Auto ist nicht erforderlich. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier, sehr nette Nachbarn. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!
