Fantastic stay

Very comfy stay in a house with fantastic sea view secluded in the Ligurian countryside. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

A beautiful place for recovering

We were in the the upper flat. This vacancy in Aregai was silent (we had no neighbours during our stay) with a wonderful view. Clean house and clean pool. The Owner is always pleasant, very present (reachable over whatsapp) and dedicated if you need something. Very recommendable.

Gestresst im Urlaub

Lage sehr schön mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Wohnung war okay, weißt aber einige Mängel auf (Duschstange defekt, Toilettendeckel locker, die Matratzen müssten dringend getauscht werden). Der Aufenthalt wäre sicher sehr angenehm gewesen, wenn nicht die ständige Ruhestörung durch Jugendliche in der unteren Wohnung stattgefunden hätten. Laute Musik bis spät in die Nacht, Randale von früh bis spät. Mehrmalige Beschwerden unserseits fanden leider kein Gehör. Leider unternahm der Vermieter des Objektes auch nichts, außer uns in einem Objekt unterzubringen, welches von der Lage halb so schön war und wir innerhalb einer Woche dreimal hätten die Unterkunft wechseln müssen. Erholsamer Urlaub war es jedenfalls nicht!

Siete arrivati convinti di avere una villa e una piscina privata solo per voi. I ragazzi dell'altro appartamento si sono comportati nella norma, rispettosi ed educati. C'erano altre famiglie vicine e non abbiamo avuto lamentele da altri vicini. Vi abbiamo proposto di cambiare appartamento ma non avete voluto. La vostra recensione è pretestuosa e non corrisponde alla verità. La prossima volta prenotate una villa privata pagando una tariffa molto più alta.

Traumhaft schöne Aussicht

Der Weg in das Ferienappartment war nicht leicht zu finden, aber der Manager hat uns abgeholt - supernett! Die Aussicht ist sensationell, wir waren im September und es war angenehm ruhig. Auch am Strand waren wenig Urlauber. Das Appartement ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Wenn man etwas braucht, der Manager hilft gerne. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Anwesen ist eingezäunt und durch ein elektrisches Tor gesichert. Also auch für Frauen alleine, null Problem. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder, mir hat das italienische Flair, die Freundlichkeit der Menschen und das Appartement mit dem sensationellen Meerblick sehr gut gefallen!!

Top Lage, herrliche Aussicht und Ruhe, schöner Pool

Die Lage des Hauses ist super, ruhig und sehr schöne Aussicht. Die Zufahrt ist am Schluß etwas holprig und ziemlich steil, aber gut machbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig, die Küchenausstattung ausreichend (bis auf Kleinigkeiten, die man sich aber schnell selbst besorgen kann). Sicher hätte auch Maurizio diese Dinge sofort gebracht, aber für uns war das nicht so wichtig. Maurizio ist wirklich sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Er hat mir sogar versprochen, die Matratze im Schlafzimmer für mich beim nächsten Urlaub auszutauschen, da ich starke Rückenprobleme habe. Das ist wirklich sehr sehr freundlich. Den Pool haben wir auch jeden Tag sehr gerne genossen. Leichter Wermutstropfen: die Wohnung unterhalb unserer Ferienwohnung hat ebenso Zugang zum Pool über unser komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück (wichtig für Hundebesitzer:-). Das stört die Privatsphäre, aber wir waren glücklicherweise - außer an 2 Tagen - immer alleine. Wir können diese Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen für alle, die Ruhe in der Natur suchen und den Blick auf das Meer zu schätzen wissen. Unsere Hunde haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Man erreicht sehr schnell Sanremo, Imperia, Nizza usw. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und viele schöne Strände.Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Meersicht, ruhig, freie Strände mit Dusche an der tollen Pista Ciclabile

Schöne Wohnung, frei von Verkehrslärm, mit herrlicher Meersicht und einem Teilblick auf den Hafen Aregai. Mit etwas Sportlichkeit lässt es sich zum und vom Städtchen und der "Pista Ciclabile" auch mit dem MTB machen, auch dann, wenn man das Rad an den steilsten Stellen schieben muss. Eine Abkühlung im grosszügigen Pool ist alleweil ein besonderes Erlebnis. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war zuvorkommend. G&J

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit gewissen Einschränkungen

Die Wohnung ist mit den bodentiefen Fenstern hell mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Auch der überdachte Essplatz auf der Terasse und insbesondere der Pool sind super. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 2 km außerhalb von St. Stefano, der Weg dahin führt zum Teil über einen sehr holprigen Straßenabschnitt, zum Schluss ist der Weg gepflastert, aber sehr steil. Der angegebene Standort entspricht nicht den Tatsachen. Die Wohnung liegt nicht, wie eingezeichnet bei Bussano, sondern, wie oben gesagt, bei St. Stefano und damit deutlich weiter weg von San Remo. Wie haben den Vermieter bei der Abreise darauf angesprochen und er sagte zu, dies zu ändern. Leider ist dies bislang noch nicht geschehen. Auch die Angabe, dass es 2 Badezimmer gibt, ist nicht richtig. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit WC und ein seperates WC, allerdings ohne Dusche. Der Vermieter hat sich zuverlässig an zeitliche Absprachen gehalten und war per Whatsapp jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

La sua recensione non è corretta. Avete scritto che la casa, la piscina, la vista mare è tutto fantastico. Perché avete dato solo 3 stelle e non 5 di punteggio? La strada è tutta asfaltata-pavimentata. In Liguria le ville sono tutte sulla collina con strade in salita ma nessun cliente ha mai avuto problemi sulla strada. Quando la casa è stata costruita sono arrivati anche i camion grandi. Il vostro problema e che credevate che la casa era sulla spiaggia e sulla pista ciclabile. Dalle foto si capisce bene che la casa è sulla prima collina a 50 metri dal livello del mare. Voi avete pagato veramente poco come tariffa ma volevate stare con i piedi nel mare. Io vi ho proposto, con un supplemento di costo, di cambiare con un'altra casa a 100 metri dal mare , ma mi avete detto che volevate stare in questa casa. La vostra valutazione di 3 stelle non è vera e si contraddice con la vostra descrizione: "Schöne Die Wohnung ist mit den bodentiefen Fenstern hell mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Auch der überdachte Essplatz auf der Terasse und insbesondere der Pool sind super" Voi siete dei clienti insoddisfatti che cercate la luna...ad un prezzo molto ma molto cheap economico.

Schönes haus

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Der Pool lädt zum entspannen ein. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen und dadurch sehr schön ruhig und gut zum relaxen. Der Vermieter und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt hier war wunderschön. Wir können es weiter empfehlen.

Een leuk huisje in een zeer rustige omgeving. Een correcte eigenaar waarmee snel contact te maken is. Erg mooi uitzicht die dagelijks veranderd door de wolken en de zee. Het was erg fijn dat we met de auto waren.

Casa immersa tra il verde e il mare.

Ho soggiornato in questa bella casa piena di ogni comodità, con tanta quiete e sole, con una bella vista sia del mare che del porto, ottimamente equipaggiata e con belle rifiniture moderne. La piscina è ben mantenuta. Internet funziona bene. Il proprietario è una persona corretta e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Raccomando questa proprietà a tutti. LC

Maison isolée, au calme, dans un agréable cadre de verdure et avec jolie vue sur la mer. Les deux appartements conviennent mieux à deux familles voulant louer une maison commune. Demandez bien à Maurizio si la connexion Wifi fonctionne.

Vista meravigliosa....

Abbiamo trovato una splendida casa, pulita, confortevole ed attrezzata di ogni comfort. Il proprietario è una persona squisita e disponibile. La casa offre una vista meravigliosa ed è un ottimo punto di riferimento per visitare i dintorni. Assolutamente da provare. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è veramente buono.
