Beautiful apartment in a two-family villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 wc, living room with sofa bed, suitable for 6 adults + 1 child, kitchen, beautiful sea view, 7 beds, porch, communal pool, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi , satellite TV, 1 km from the sea and 1.5 from the first beach, 50 meters from sea level, very quiet area. The apartment is on the first floor, near the pool, surrounded by greenery and nature, sun from morning to evening. 2 private parking spaces .Supplements: -electricity cost euro 50 cents per kw - gas and hot water: euro 7 per mc Internet wifi € 20 per week on request.
