Villa Port Andratx is a modern and comfortable holiday home in Mallorca located just a few steps from one of the island's most elegant and famous ports: Port Andratx. Many consider it the most beautiful port in the Mediterranean: it is an elegant port, with a yacht club and a long seafront promenade.Villa Port Andratx is a very spacious and bright property, divided into two floors. On the ground floor, there is the entrance hall, a large living room with a double sofa bed and a large Smart TV, a dining room with a table for 8 people and access to the back patio with sun loungers; a fully equipped kitchen and a gym with access to the pool area; a laundry room; and a bathroom.On the first floor, there are four bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and terrace, another bedroom with two single beds and balcony, two more bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), and one more bathroom. The main bedroom and another bedroom with a balcony have views of the pool area, and additionally, the main bedroom has direct access to the pool.The outdoor area offers a saltwater swimming pool (8mx4m, 1.80m deep), surrounded by a sunbathing terrace, an open-air dining area, and a covered porch with chairs and a table.Villa Port Andratx is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and worry-free stay throughout the year: air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV, central heating, solar panels for electricity, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, kitchenware, etc), washing machine, bed linen, towels, and much more.Port Andratx remains an operational fishing port where you can sit outdoors at one of the numerous cafés or restaurants, and have your meals while enjoying the wonderful views of the harbour. There is a small beach in the port itself and several larger beaches (both sandy like Santa Ponsa, Camp de Mar, Peguera and rocky such as Costa de la Calma and Illetes) a short drive away.
