The light-flooded “Villa Costa de Blanes” is a 2-storey villa located in a quiet residential area in Costa d'en Blanes. Mallorca, and impresses guests with its charming interiors and its beautiful outdoor area. It consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a dishwasher, 8 bedrooms (5 with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds each, one with a single bed) and 3 bathrooms, and it can therefore accommodate 18 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a highchair (upon request). One of the main attractions of the villa is its spacious outdoor area surrounded by nature, where you will find a private pool where you can take a dip in warm summer days, sunbeds and a small table where you can enjoy a glass of wine under the starry sky. There is also a nice barbecue area where you can prepare delicious dishes and enjoy them outdoors. The closest beach "Punta Portals" is within walking distance, around 25 minutes by foot (2km). The villa is just a 10-minute walk from Puerto Portals and Portals Nous which has bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Very flexible and reliant host. House is great for big groups, has everything you need and the pool is in the shade, so it’s a great cool off. Very safe area.

Very good location and a lovely house

Pros: Pool was lovely and we were close distance to a lot places Cons: I was told I could pay in cash when we arrived for the security deposit, tax and electricity but the electric doesn’t get taken until after our stay so we were keeping money back for something that gets paid afterwards - so the paying side of things was very conflicting

Tolle Villa in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Wir sind als Gruppe angereist und wurden von Marina sehr freundlich empfangen. Marina führte uns durch das Haus und den Außenbereich. Die Grillecke angrenzend zum Pool war absolut klasse. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Auf Nachfrage ob wir am Abreisetag noch ein wenig länger bleiben könnten (da unser Flug erst Abends ging) war das gar kein Problem. Wir waren mit Marina und dem kompletten Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.
