Situated in a great location for visiting St Agnes and Perranporth.

Ideally situated close to the pubs and restaurants in St Agnes. Served as a great base for my son to surf in the bay and a short drive to perranporth.

Excellent holiday

Property is within walking distance of the beach and a variety of pubs/restaurants and also about a half hour drive to many other seaside towns and attractions. The owner was on hand and responded very quickly to the minor issues that we experienced with the property. The property itself is compact but has all that is needed for a comfortable stay.

Great location

Our first time to St Agnes. Lodge is in great location to access both the sea and the village. It is lovely on a sunny day when you can open up the bi-fold doors as it makes the space feel a lot bigger.

Great clean and modern lodge

Fabulous location perfect for the beach and town. We really enjoyed not having to get in the car every day and mooching down to the beach or out for an evening meal or to grab a take away. St Agnes is the perfect spot to unwind and even in the summer holidays did not seem overcrowded which was lovely. Would def recommend staying here. One minor point is that it’s not really suitable if you want stay in a cook a lot due to lack of baking tray etc but that just gave us the excuse to eat out a bit more.

Excellent lodge and location

We stayed in this lodge during October half term. It is not huge, but is adequate for 2 adults and 2 children and has all facilities you would typically need. The location is excellent, just a few yards from the footpath leading down to the beach and not too far to walk to the shops in St Agnes. Also easy to get back onto the A30 when you want to travel further afield. If we were picky, the bed was a bit soft for our liking, although perfectly comfortable. We also would have liked a proper roasting tray in the kitchen, which was otherwise excellently kitted out. Also, as an Eco lodge we found it odd that we were not able to recycle, with all refuse going into the same bin. There have been a couple of comments about the driveway. It's a bit of an art reversing down it but not really that difficult and during our stay there were always spaces at the bottom of the driveway if you preferred (we didn't). I wouldn't let the driveway put you off booking what is a lovely lodge in a great location. Thank you to Simon for a nice holiday!

Great lodge, great location!

Loved our stay here! It was perfectly functional and was easily big enough for 4 adults. Great facilities and great location (so peaceful and quiet!). If I was being fussy, I would have loved a mirror in the smaller bedroom!

Nicely done but compact

The lodge is nicely done and in a great location for the beach and village. The lodge itself has been done to a high spec and is well equipped with everything except kitchen equipment. A few more mugs, glasses etc would have been helpful. The lodge is compact but we'll set out. St Agnes is amazing. Can't recommend that highly enough. Enjoy!

Really nice property, set in woodland with lovely views over St Agnes

The lodge was perfect for our small family - a short walk from the shops in Churchtown and close to the beach. The property itself is modern and clean with everything you would need for your holiday stay.

Hi. I'm Simon and have lived in the beautiful village of St Agnes nearly my whole life. I love the beach, kayaking and exploring different parts of Cornwall.

Why they chose this property

Chy Cos is in a great location, just minutes from pubs, bars and restaurants. For breakfast we recommend The Greenroom, which is located in Peterville just a couple of minutes walk away or Genki, just a few minutes walk down the hill. The Taphouse, Bear Bar are also located in Peterville which are great for lunch, and there's also a chinese restaurant and takeaway. If you head down the hill towards the beach, which is a 10 minute walk, we recommend the Driftwood Stars as nice traditional pub or Schooners overlooking the beach. Finally, there are more great pubs and restaurants in the village which is a 10 minute walk up the hill. Places to check out include Taste, St Agnes Hotel and Shellfish Beach.
