Central AC & Heat, Charcoal Grill. Lounge furniture available on upper deck. Kayaks are not available for use. The Jamaica Beach community has a boat ramp, playground and offers access to the swimming pool for a small fee. Pool is open Memorial Day-Labor Day. Tuesday -Sunday 12-7. Boat launch now has a fee of $12 to launch/$12 to retrieve .Please let our office know if you will be purchasing a permit.
