Large attic studio located on the 2nd floor without lift and equipped with air conditioning, double glazing, kitchen, table for 2 people, armchair and TV corner, bedroom with queen-size bed (consisting of 2 single beds), wardrobe, dressing room with washing machine and bathroom with shower.

In the basement there is a laundry room with 2 washing machines and washing / ironing kit, and a gym with treadmill, weight lifting bench and other equipment for functional training.
