Please only families or couples.
Located in the center of Levante beach, you do not need a car to get around.

The urbanization has a large solarium terrace with hammocks available for our guests.
We have high-speed internet, 300 Mb, the cost is 2 euros per day, special price for months at 30 Euros per month.

In long stays (more of 21 days) or promotions, electricity consumption is not included, the price per Kw is 0.40 Cts.
If you are Dutch and bring your decoder you can watch your channels with our satellite dish.
Air conditioning: It is included in July and August, in May, June, September and October if they use it, the electricity costs will not be included, the price per Kw is 0.40 Cts., there is a meter in the house.
Stays of less than one month will leave a damage deposit of 150 Euros in cash, stays of one month or more will leave a deposit of 300 Euros.
