Discover a cosy 48m² apartment located in the heart of Benidorm, perfect for families, couples and groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday.
This bright space has an ideal layout for up to 4 people, offering comfort and functionality in every corner.
The apartment stands out for its privileged location, just 950 metres from the famous Levante Beach, with easy access to supermarkets, public transport and urban services.
Enjoy impressive sea views (only in apartments located on high floors), garden and swimming pool that will allow you to immerse yourself in the Mediterranean essence.
Your terrace and outdoor garden are perfect spaces to enjoy moments of tranquility, have a morning coffee or enjoy a drink at sunset.
The shared swimming pool is an additional plus to cool off during hot days, ideal for families with children.
The interior is completely equipped with all amenities: independent kitchen with appliances, television, It has a room with two single beds and an additional sofa bed, allowing comfortable rest for all guests.
Special features include the possibility of travelling with pets (maximum 2, subject to our acceptance and involves a supplement), optional nearby private parking (reservation is necessary, limited spaces available and has an additional cost) and a quiet residential environment that guarantees a pleasant stay.
A wide garden area surrounding 2 spectacular swimming pools with a children's pool and tennis court, all separated from the street by a commercial premises area, which provides total tranquility with respect to what happens in the surroundings. Ideal for holidays, relaxation, stays for families with children or long winter stays, as both the apartments and the garden and pool area are very sunny.
If they come by car, we can offer some private parking spaces for rent right in the building opposite (limited spaces, reservation is necessary).
We have several one-bedroom apartments at different heights, with a maximum capacity for 4 people in their 48 m².
They are exterior apartments, comfortable, with sea views (depending on the apartment's height) and garden views.
They have a living room with television, independent kitchen, bathroom, living room and terrace (most are glazed).
Each apartment is delivered with sheets and towels for the occupants, if they need an iron they can request it at our office, wifi (extra paid service), heating electric radiators or heat pump if there is air conditioning.
The independent, electric kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The building has a lift, garden, tennis court, community and children's swimming pool, option of covered private parking in nearby building (paid spaces subject to availability), Television.
It is located 15 m from the supermarket, 150 m from the "Urbano" bus station, 900 m from the sandy beach "Playa Levante", 2 km from the bus station "Estacion de autobuses", 2 km from the water park "Acualandia", 5 km from the Golf course, 8 km from the rocky beach "El Albir", 38 km from the "Alicante" train station, 50 km from the "Alicante - El Altet" airport and is located in a residential area and in the urban centre.
