Al ser un estudio me lo esperaba peor, pero me ha sorprendido bastante en general todo muy bien Bueno he echado a faltar algunos pequeños utensilios en la cocina como un paño de cocina un colador pero es insignificante lo demás todo perfecto

Beste klant. Er zijn veel klanten die airconditioning of wifi willen of nodig hebben en het lijkt ons oneerlijk om dit in de huurprijs op te nemen (die kosten zouden in de prijs van het appartement moeten worden weerspiegeld). En daarom laten we het als een optionele dienst, zodat elke klant gebruik kan maken van de diensten die hij nodig heeft, zonder te hoeven betalen voor iets dat hij niet nodig heeft. Wij hopen dat voor de rest alles naar wens is geweest en wij hopen u in de toekomst weer te zien.

Bedankt voor uw bezoek. Het meubilair is en is zoals te zien op de foto's. Het spijt ons ten zeerste voor het mogelijke misverstand over het koffiezetapparaat en het strijkijzer. Er is een koffiezetapparaat in het appartement, het is een Italiaans koffiezetapparaat dat in Spanje wordt gebruikt, wanneer een Nederlandse of Belgische klant daar behoefte aan heeft, vragen ze ons om een Melita-type koffiezetapparaat en brengen deze gratis naar het appartement Het strijkijzer moet in het appartement zijn, als het ontbreekt, laat het ons weten en dezelfde dag of de volgende ochtend brengen ze er een naar je toe. Dat hebben we je allemaal uitgelegd op de dag dat je de sleutels ophaalde bij ons op kantoor.

Le prix de la climatisation (qui est un service optionnel), est destiné à couvrir le coût de l'électricité que son utilisation entraîne dans le contexte actuel de prix élevé de la consommation d'électricité. Quant au bruit possible, avec la climatisation allumée et toutes les fenêtres fermées, le bruit est minime, au-delà d'un moment ponctuel qu'ils ont pu avoir, compte tenu du fait que c'est la haute saison et qu'il y a beaucoup de circulation et beaucoup de monde dans n'importe quel endroit de Benidorm

Très bien,

Le studio est suffisamment spacieux, et propre.L'emplacement,malgré qu'il soit en deuxième ligne est correct,et pas trop éloigné de la plage. Le seul soucis reste le parking,peut-être, mais bon ,nous n'avons pas été gêné,,.il restais juste une place quand nous sommes arrivés. Il faudrait donner accès à un autre parking au cas où celui ci serait complet quand on arrive...

Estimado cliente: Muchas gracias por sus comentarios, Nos agrada saber que ha estado a gusto en nuestros estudio Ducado Fincas Arena. Respecto la televisión, decirle que son de una empresa privada no del dueño y por eso se pagan aparte, a cambio cuando dan algún problema se la reponen y la estropeada se la llevan a reparar, si no tocaría esperar que venga el servicio técnico de la marca de la televisión y suelen tardar al menso 4 días. No obstante estamos buscando opciones para que no se paguen aparte del precio del apartamento Un cordial saludo
