Cortijo Jazmines Órgiva by Ruralidays

Country house located near the village of Órgiva, in the Alpujarra region of Granada province, Andalusia.

The house has one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The living/dining room with a fireplace connects to the fully equipped kitchen via a breakfast bar. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom, wall-mounted electric radiators in the bedrooms, and a portable radiator in the bathroom. A crib and highchair are available upon request.

Outside the house, a private swimming pool awaits, nestled among trees and flowers. On the terrace, under the watchful gaze of a grapevine, you can enjoy a delicious wine while taking in the fantastic mountain views. If you love the sun, relax peacefully on the lawn, and if you prefer less shade, you can find refuge under the garden trees, which offer welcome shade and coolness.

The access road is paved, except for the last 400 meters, which are a dirt track. You can park your car within the property.

During your stay, you can bring your pets so they can also enjoy the surroundings. Please note that there is an additional charge of €50 for extra cleaning for 1 or 2 pets.

Oasis of Tranquility

- cute house surrounded by greenery and views of mountains. Lots of orange, eucalyptus, olive, avocado trees around. - owner Miguel was very responsive and really puts an effort towards guest comfort. - great bucolic location, got to unwind and read, very cathartic if you have a stressful job.

Wij waren van 7 t/m 24 juni 2022 in dit huisje in Órgiva. Het vakantiehuisje is goed bereikbaar via een prima verharde weg. Die weg is smal en als je een tegenligger treft moet iemand even achteruit, maar dat levert nooit problemen op. Parkeren kan op het eigen perceel. Het zwembad en de tuin zijn heerlijk, de tuin is groot genoeg met fijn gras en een ruim terras en het zwembad is fantastisch. Wordt ook goed schoon gehouden. Het huisje is prima geschikt voor 2 personen. Het tweepersoonsbed heeft een goed matras, het slaapt lekker. Een iets breder bed zou nog fijner zijn. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, inclusief grote koelkast en vriezer. Prima. Het is niet erg groot, maar je leeft op vakantie toch altijd buiten. De TV heeft uitsluitend Spaanse zenders, maar ja, behalve een voetbalwedstrijd kijk je toch geen TV. En op je iPad kan je via WiFi eventueel toch zien wat je wilt. Krachtiger WiFi zou nog fijner zijn, dan kan je de wedstrijden helemaal ononderbroken kijken. De douche is krachtig met een stevige waterstraal. Heerlijk. Het huisje heeft veel privacy, maar het pad naast de tuin dat naar een ander huisje loopt, is afgezet met rieten matten en die zijn niet erg inkijkvrij. Voor naturisme is dat wat lastig, want je wordt bekeken als je in je blootje zwemt of rondloopt als de buren weggaan of thuiskomen. Dat is natuurlijk maar twee keer per dag maar het is toch niet zo fijn. Órgiva zelf is een leuk stadje met genoeg eetgelegenheden en winkeltjes en pinautomaten. Een leuk plein in het centrum met de VVV voor alle informatie. Boodschappen doe je het best bij supermarkt Consum. Daar hebben ze alles wat je nodig hebt. Nette grote supermarkt met verse groenten, brood, vlees en vis en een parkeerdek op het dak. De siësta is in dit deel van Andalusië nog steeds heilig, dus ‘s middags is alles potdicht, behalve de Consum. In de omgeving liggen Lanjaron, Pampaniera, Bubion en Capileira binnen handbereik. In 3 kwartier zit je op Playa Cantarrijan of Playa de la Joya aan zee of ben je in de grotere plaats Motril. Granada en het ski-oord in de Siërra Nevada zijn in 75 minuten te bereiken. Kortom, ons verblijf in Órgiva was geweldig. O ja, vergeet niet om insektenspray met deet mee te nemen, want je hebt best wel last van vliegen en muggen. Maar ja, wij komen al jarenlang in Spanje en daar heb je bijna overal last van en dat is in Órgiva in dit huisje niet anders. Bedankt Miguel voor een fijne vakantie.

Danke für die wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben es sehr genossen.Die Gegend ist fantastisch. Das Haus ist für ein Pärchen ideal. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Órgiva hat viele kleine Supermärkte, Bars und Cafés und donnerstags ist immer Markttag. Hier gibt es super frisches Obst für wenig Geld. Man kann alles ohne Auto erreichen.
