Escape to paradise in Waters Edge 412. This modern condo is furnished with a comfortable king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second room, and built in bunk beds in a third room. Also, there is a convenient pullout sleeper sofa in the living area. Two tastefully decorated full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with exquisite granite countertops add to the comfort of your home away from home. The Full Kitchen is equipped with the Latest in Stainless Appliances...Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware are included. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your convenience.

The balcony is perfect for a sunset in the evening breeze. The Scenery is complete with both a breathtaking View of the Gulf and the Sounds of the Waves breaking on the Beach.

Great Stay in Ft Walton

My friends and I loved our stay in this wonderful beach property. From check-in to checkout everything was top notch! The condo was very clean, ample towels were provided, and it even smelled nice! Recently updated, so everything worked. Well stocked kitchen. Felt like home away from home. Will definitely stay again!

The condo is exactly how it's pictured. There's plenty of room. It was well decorated and full kitchen supplies. The pool is extremely nice and cleaned daily. The view from the balcony is priceless! I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to come back!

The location is exceptional. The pool is huge and clean. It would be nice if there was a little shade offered at the pool area as there is none. There is plenty of parking available. The condo was nice size and fairly clean. The balcony is on the smaller size but has a great view of the gulf. The mattresses and beds in the twin room could use an update as everytime my child rolled over, the bed squeaked. Overall, we enjoyed this condo and would definetly stay here again.

Enjoyed the condo and facilities. Right on the beach so no long treks with all the beach stuff. The condo was well-equipped, clean, and updated. Close to restaurants and Publix. The small bunk room is good for kids but can get warm and stuffy. I would recommend, though, that the condo provide info on how the beach chair process works beforehand so there are no issues with the beach chair police and their “reserved” setups. They can get testy.

On the beach, spectacular sunsets, very relaxing and dolphins.

Gorgeous view, fun location, condo in good condition - clean and comfortable. One issue: Before booking a previous occupant reported the queen bed was very uncomfortable. So I asked about that and I was told the bed had been replaced. My son and daughter in law slept in that room and report the bed extremely uncomfortable and caused back aches. The other beds were fine. This needs to be fixed.

Wouldn't stay here again

The property is beautiful, the room is gorgeous. We came in on Saturday and woke up Sunday with HUNDERDS of roaches everywhere. Not a small amount of them at all. The room needed to be gutted (appliances), exterminated and re-cleaned. The property management company gave us the run around (couldn't speak to a manager) and EVENTUALLY decided to bring us RAID and let us kill them ourselves. They did offer to move us to a different hotel, however we came from Ohio with 4 other families and that wasn't going to work for us. After dealing with spraying RAID all week OURSELVES-we ended up washing and drying ALL of our belongings, taking them STARIGHT to the car, and leaving early form a vacation that we had planned for a year. Very disappointed!!!

Great property, but better condos are available

Water's Edge is a great building with easy beach access and typically has great families as guests. The building staff does a great job at keeping the property clean and tidy. The photos are accurate and there were far less people than we expected in late July. We've been twice before in years passed, and those were both much better experiences. I've reached out to Sunset to provide this feedback privately but have had no response to that email and voicemail, so posting here. I'd have preferred to pass this on directly. Sunset did do a great job of responding to a security concern where we couldn't get the door to lock behind us. It just need a hard pull to close all the way, but their rep was at our door within 30 minutes of me calling their office, with the maintenance guy on speakerphone, no less. That was awesome. This year was a bit disappointing for us, as multiple other guests were blasting loud music at the pool all week long, from suitcase-size speakers, on the beach and at the pool. This unit is right above the pool, so the music continued into our unit, even with the doors closed. I was not excited for my 5yr-old daughter to hear certain rap music, which was not family appropriate. Another guest provided me with enough Toby Keith to last a lifetime. There's no property manager onsite, nor is there even a rule posted around loud music at the pool. (It was in our contract and in the rules Sunset emailed me, but not on signs on property.) To be fair, this was all during the day/early evening. The pool was always quiet by 9:45/10:00. Couple of other detractors from our experience, unfortunately. One, there's bugs. Mostly in the kitchen. We found several in the silverware drawer. The refrigerator took about two days to get groceries cold on arrival, and the dryer needs a few runs to get towels dry at about half capacity. Lastly, the listing describes the unit having high speed internet, but we found it to be only 1-2 mbps. I reset the router a few times. Cable is provided but if you want your kids to have netflix/disney+, bring your own devices. The large TV in the living room is a smart TV, but it would not recognize the wifi. Overall, we love Water's Edge and we feel safe there with our kids. We hunted crabs nightly and watched the fireworks on Wednesday from the pier. Made some great memories. The other guests are typically younger families and we've always made some friends. This unit was priced a bit lower than others so perhap

Perfect Family Spot

Really enjoyed our long weekend here. Communication with property manager was great and the unit was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with anything we could have needed. Beach access was awesome and the pool was large and never crowded. We definitely recommend staying here and are looking forward to returning soon.

Nice condo

Great location, mattress in the master bedroom could use an upgrade was not the most comfortable. Condo was not filthy by any means but just needs a thorough cleaning. I would stay there again. We enjoyed our stay. The complex was nice, pool was very clean. Overall great place.
