Truly magical jewel of a cottage
We were looking for a cottage that sleeps four adults near walking trails. Little End was a perfect for us. There are lots of beds, and two bathrooms, including one with a great tub. There is a walking trail (marked as a bridal path) about 15 feet from the front door. The trail leads through a Tolkien forest to an amazing grassy commons with fairytale views. We sometimes found it hard to leave the cottage to begin our hikes. The glassed-in conservatory at the back of the house was perfect for long breakfasts and conversation. The kitchen is large and designed to allow several people to work in at once. There are lots of pots and pans and wooden spoons and frying pans and bowls, plates, glasses -- on and on. The living room is equipped with floppy chairs and couch perfect for relaxing. We lit a fire in the wood stove on a chilly evening and basked in the warm glow. We couldn't have asked for more.

Great cozy cottage
We had a great stay in Little End. The cottage is spacious and suited our family of 5. The area of Amberley and St. Chloe is absolutely beautiful. We loved our stay and wound book this cottage again.
