The kitchen, renovated in 2022, is equipped with all modern household appliances, such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, and is fitted with all necessary cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle,...

With a closed parking lot for 2 cars and a barbecue area, this house is the perfect base to explore the Costa Brava.

Accommodatie ziet er uit zoals op de foto´s. Zwembad, terras en uitzicht top. Enorm veel mieren tijdens ons verblijf maar met de juiste spuitbuis is dat snel verholpen. Dus ook niet echt last van gehad.

W e hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in het huis. De tuin is mooi en de citroenen zijn heerlijk! De deuren in de douche sluiten niet goed waardoor de hele badkamer nat wordt.

een mooie villa met inderdaad prachtig uitzicht, alles in de keuken was aanwezig alleen de douche cabine is erg klein en de douche beneden heeft een gordijntje (dat plakt tegen je aan ) maar voor de rest erg tevreden. Het weer was helaas niet optimaal veel regen gehad maar dat is overmacht. Een fijn verblijf, niet goedkoop maar heerlijk rustig.

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit huis. Voorzien van alle faciliteiten zoals in de omschrijving. Goed werkende airco's, mooi zwembad en een handige buitenbar met koelkast. Goede wifi beschikbaar. Hebben we niet kunnen vinden.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen in einer Sackgasse. Wir waren diesen Sommer das dritte Mal dort und würden immer wieder das Haus buchen. Es gibt nichts zu verbessern.

Prachtige locatie.

Prachtigen locatie, fantastisch uitzicht. Heerlijk, ruim zwembad. Veel ruimte, meerdere terassen. Huis is inmiddeles wat gedateerd. Met name de keuken behoeft enige vernieuwing. Bv.: Knoppen op het fornuis werken niet meer naar behoren.

een zeer plezierig huis. Ik kom graag weer terug. ik zou bij de slaapkamer beneden aan terraskant een deur laten maken. ook het onderhoud van de tuin zou wat meer aandacht kunnen hebben.

Schöne Villa mit tollem Pool

die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die Terrasen- und Balkonmöbel sind sehr comfortabel und vielseitig. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Es sind leider keine Fliegengitter vor den Schlafzimmern im unteren Bereich vorhanden, da kann man schlecht lüften, besonders nachts nicht wegen Mosquitos! Es fehlte ein Besen für den Wohnbereich.

Heerlijke villa met alle voorzieningen

Een mooi ingerichte villa met alles wat je nodig hebt. De villa heeft meerdere plekken om te zitten en te eten. Voor ieder wat wils qua zon en schaduw. Bar bij het zwembad met gootsteen en koelkast is erg handig. Zwembad is groot en erg diep. Zeker een aanrader. Er waren rondom de villa veel mieren, echter die zijn met wat aandacht makkelijk buiten de houden.

Tolle Außenanlage! Garten und Pool sind toll!

Die Ausstattung war super. Besonders im Außenbereich war alles ganz toll. Toll war auch, dass wir alles benutzen durften, auch die Sachen, die in der Garage waren. Waschmaschine etc. im Waschhaus war toll. Die Bepflanzung im Außenbereich war super schön, vor allem der Zitronenbaum! Der Pool war großartig! Die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss haben sehr muffig gerochen. Da es dort leider keine Fliegengitter gab war das Lüften sehr schwierig.
