One bedroom apartment, sleeps 5 - Appt 23, La Saboia B. 45m2, very good size for a one bedroom apartment in the Alps. Two single beds in the bedroom, 3 single beds (two double as sofas and one trundle) in the lounge Includes Wifi. And there is a Private Sauna in the bathroom. Inside parking included in the basement of the building. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (3rd floor if entering from the front). There is also a Flat Screen TV and DVD/Blu-ray player, and a selection of movies.
The kitchen includes a hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is a large dining table, three chairs and a bench. All normal crockery and cutlery is provided, and there is also a fondue set. The apartment also has a washing machine situated in the hallway next to the front door.
There is a large ski locker/cave underneath the apartments for skis/boards and boots. The Folyeres blue run is only about 50 metres away from the block, and it is about 400 metres down the piste to get to the Tania Gondola, so good for ski in/ski out. The village centre and the Ski Lodge are within 200m down a path and some steps, less than 5 minutes walk away.
Bed linen and towel hire are not included and can be preordered (paid for at key pickup).

We (James and Louise) live in Lymm in Cheshire with our two children. We have a love for snow-sports and the outdoors. Having stayed in Meribel and Courchevel a few times we took the plunge and purchased the ski apartment in 2006.
The photo is of me having complete the London Marathon in 2019, dressed as a snowboarder, breaking the Guinness World Record, and raising about £2500 for charity.

Why they chose this property
Sleeps 5 (2 in the bedroom, 3 in the lounge) and the apartment at 45m2 + 6m2 balcony is far larger than many Alpine 1 bedroomed apartment.
The apartment is well equipped, with wifi, a washing machine and a sauna. Only a 5 minute walk from the centre of La Tania. There is a inside parking space, so your car will be both secure and frost free.
What makes this property unique
La Tania is a great little Alpine Village, with the benefit of being part of the massive Three Valleys ski-area.
