This property offers close beach access to Lake Michigan just around the corner at Holland State Park and up the road to Tunnel Park, picnic areas, with unparalleled lake views and sunsets, pristine sandy beach for swimming and water sports. This is located just around the corner to Holland State Park beach, a short stroll to Big Red lighthouse and Park concession ice cream cones!

Fully applianced kitchen features center island, snack bar, skylight, & is open to dining area & living room. Step through glass French doors to your private office, w/door to deck & plenty of light from the skylights & wall of windows. Living room w/gas log or woodburning fireplace. Master bedroom has doors to deck & full bath w/vanity and large walk-in closet. Walkout lower level features huge family room, laminate wood floors, addition 2 beds & 1 full bath. Vaulted ceilings throughout.

The kitchen includes new appliances and every amenity a chef could need. A large dining area with seating up to 12 people opens up into a great room. Two bedrooms including the master suite are located on the main floor. The master suite includes a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a new queen bed and furnishings.

On the lower lever there are two bedrooms with new queen beds; lots of windows provide lots of natural light and a family room perfect for movies and relaxation. These bedrooms share a full bathroom and have access to walk out patio. The house can comfortably sleep up to ten or twelve people.

We have thought of every detail and provide bed linens, bath towels, toiletries, coolers, towels.

We offer only full week rentals, from Saturday to Saturday during June, July and August. Three night minimum when available the remainder of the year.

This property is located very close to public beaches but does not have a private beach.
