Lake Breeze is the perfect setting for a large gathering of family and friends. Located in a quiet wooded cul-de-sac one block from Lakeshore Drive's bluff-top views of Lake Michigan. The home has the makings of a class beach cottage getaway, Douglas beach is a 3 minute drive and Oval Beach is a 5 minute drive.Its easy to make the most of a West Michigan vacation when you stay at Lake Breeze.The spacious and well appointed interior spreads out over three floors, with a bright and airy atmosphere offering tastefully decorated and comfortable rooms for large groups of friends and family to enjoy. Dogs can also be accommodated at this house. Gather together comfortably and be delighted by the bright coastal decor and hard wood floors in the open first floor living area and adjoining gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room to join together for meals around the large dining room table and adjacent breakfast bar. French doors off the kitchen allow access to the screened in porch with ample furniture for enjoying coffee in the morning and a beverage at night. Outdoor entertainment is a cinch at Lake Breeze, with two large decks, a hot tub, and a yard perfect for lawn games. Grill out on the back deck, walk to Lake Shore Drive to catch the sunset over the lake and then gather around the fire pit for an evening bonfire. When it's time to wind down, Lake Breeze's bright and warm decor welcomes you home. Hang out around the living area's wood burning fireplace. Then retire to one of the five comfortable bedrooms. The main level has 2 bedrooms (1 with a Queen bed and one with 2 twins. They share a bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite large bathrooms. The master has 1 queen, the other has 2 queens and the back bedroom has 3 queen beds. The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi and Netflix.

Wonderful Location and Beautiful Home

The house accommodated all of my family very well. The furniture is well warn and not very comfortable, but if you are beach goers like us, no biggy. Only the TV in the basement was working but again, we were not there to watch TV. The sunsets are gorgeous and the wildlife on our walks were amazing! It was a wonderful location!

A little bit of heaven

The house was perfect for our needs. The cleaning service did a fabulous job. Great location. Host was very accommodating. Needs a bit of TLC which I bet is on the homeowners agenda. We made memories this weekend that we will treasure for a long time.

Thanksgiving Stay

This house was wonderful for our extended family of 16 . There was plenty of space for the kids to be enjoying themselves and the adults to be able to relax and talk by the fire. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and the lake is only a block away. The only issue we had was with the hot tub not working. We look forward to trying to book in a warmer month.

Saugatuck Yoga Retreat

The layout of this house and it’s location and amenities were great. We felt however, that the sheets and pillows and bath towels were all pretty worn out and shabby. The upstairs bedrooms could use a deep clean of the carpets and a refresh in linens and furniture. Overall, the size of the home and its proximity to Lake Michigan, beautiful walks, and downtown Saugatuck/Douglas beat out any of the housekeeping concerns. We hosted a 12 person yoga retreat and enjoyed the large deck and hot tub as well. Thank you for all you do!
