There are 82 easy steps down to the private beach - perfect for using the 2 kayaks or 2 stand up paddle boards. Use the 18-foot floating mat to get the whole family out on the water! Or just lay in the hammock at the bluff to watch the clouds and the boats go by. Enjoy the sound of the surf and the beautiful sunsets, while you relax with a beverage on the Adirondacks at bluff’s edge. Great backyard for family games: bags, badminton, and others.

The kitchen, island, and bar area, are set up for entertaining a large group. A chef's stove and stainless cookware make for grand meals indoors. The house has central Air Conditioning and a backup generator to make sure that you are never without power. Window Air Conditioners upstairs make for comfortable sleeping in any room.

The house is perfectly located right in the middle of "Lakeshore Harvest Country" - numerous wineries, breweries, quaint restaurants, farm stands, and antique stores, among other diversions, make for no shortage of things to do. Virtue Cider, Evergreen Lane Creamery, Crane's Orchards, and Saugatuck Brewing Company among others make for fun outings. The property backs up to Dee's Lakeshore Family Farm, which offers U-pick in season and a wide variety of fruits and vegetables to purchase.
