This is an AMAZING place!! My family's new favorite !! It is very spacious with gorgeous views of Lake Michigan and a private beautiful beach with a super easy walk to it behind the house!! (no stairs, just about 20 steps in the sand). It's also super close to great restaurants, shopping and other fun things to do. We're already planning to book it again next year!!

This is our 3rd year staying at this amazing beach house. It’s clean, spacious and there is a place for everyone in your family to enjoy! We love the deck, fire pit and screened porch. The beach is perfect even on a bad weather day.

The location and beach access was top notch. Neighbors are super friendly and accommodating. Only real minor feedback is one of the full-size/queen beds was without a mattress topper and less comfortable than the other two. However, all in all, the total package was well worth the costs. Plenty of amenities for kids and family (ping pong, tennis, pickleball, basketball, beach gear, etc.)

This was one of the better vacation rentals I have stayed in. The layout is great for groups and the property is incredible. Huge lawn, spacious deck, comfy screened porch, and a beautiful beach. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were a good size. AC worked great on some 80 degree days. Made me want to come back to west Michigan. There was a good variety of cooking utensils and dish-ware, but there wasn’t much by way of ingredients. That was totally fine though because there’s a Meijer less than 20 minutes away so we were able to grill multiple evenings.

Beautiful getaway

The house is beautiful, clean, safe. We had family from ages 7 weeks old to 75 years old, and all were in awe of the beautiful view of the lake from the many common spaces. We had a wonderful time!

Fantastic Stay

This property was amazing, the perfect location for people of all ages. Plenty for teens to do to occupy themselves for a long weekend without having to leave. Sunsets were amazing even on a cloudy evening. Great stay!

We had 11 people in our group - three generations from 7 to 70, and this house had everything we needed. The private beach and beautiful lake views were the best parts, but the kids also loved the tennis court, large yard, and basement bunk room! The family room is even bigger than it looks in pictures and offered beautiful views. The location of this home is amazing! Very short drive to many great towns.

We had a wonderful week. The home provided everything our group needed. It was close to the community’s of South Haven, Douglas,Saugatuck, and Holland. Sunsets were spectacular and being able to listen to the waves was relaxing

Beautiful property!

My group stayed for 3 nights with 6 adults and 1 toddler. We had plenty of room for all of us! The view from the house is gorgeous, and the beach access is so convenient. The house itself was very clean and well-maintained. We would all stay there again in a heartbeat.

60th Birthday Celebration

Wonderful stay for 7 lifelong friends to celebrate our 60th birthdays. So many spots for us to gather and hang out. Water views were stunning! Comfy beds, updated home, located among mansions and very private. Very responsive property manager.
