This home will sleep 14, or you can rent our house next door to sleep 16 more, for a total of 30 people! We know you will enjoy your stay at our beautiful Saugatuck home on 3.3 acres just 8 minutes from downtown. This home features a new home feel (2014 construction), vaulted ceilings, plush carpet, hot tub, firepit, patio seating, and plenty of sleeping space. The larger beds have all new luxury mattresses and the bunk beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses. All beds have soft Egyptian cotton bedding.

The living room has plenty of seating around a 55" flat screen TV, with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware and prep tools you need to prepare your meals, and has a table that can accommodate 10-12. There is a complementary laundry room with washer & dryer and an iron.

The walkout basement has a tall ceiling and lots of windows that make it feel like main floor living. It has a billiard table, 75" TV, and an additional table with seating for up to 8. If you are in the mood to grill, there is a natural gas grill located in the back yard, along with a patio with 2 tables that can accommodate 12.

On the back patio, there is a huge new 500 gallon, 7 person hot tub, with lots jets, lights, and a waterfall. Everything is very clean and you will enjoy the high, vaulted ceilings.

We are actively working with our local cleaning service to ensure that enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place for all changeover days including targeting high touch areas like door handles, remote controls, and light switches for disinfection. All laundry is already done on-site in the home to reduce the possibility of contamination. Additionally, our cleaning service never brings in their own equipment such as vacuums, brooms, etc. which reduces the possibility of cross contamination between properties.
