You’ll love your stay at our beautiful 3800 sq. ft. home conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood less than 1 mile from Holland State Park and only a short 8-minute drive to the boutique shops and unique restaurants of downtown Holland. This spacious home offers 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, on a large lot across a quiet street from Lake Macatawa. The main floor features a great room with TV, brick fireplace, dining area and a large fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and bar-stool seating. Main floor doors lead to a shaded porch/wrap around deck, gas grill, picnic tables, and fire pit. In addition, the main floor has a master bedroom which includes a large screen TV and a private bathroom, an office with futon and TV, and laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent and dryer sheets provided). The lower level theater room features a large screen TV and DVD player, theater seating and a ping pong table. The second floor has another master bedroom with a large screen TV, a large bathroom with a jetted tub, and an outdoor deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while admiring the views of Lake Mac. There are also two more bedrooms perfect for the kids and other guests. A spiral staircase leads up to a third level deck with seating for your enjoyment. The home also has a two-stall garage and two driveways with room for up to 6 cars.
Walk to nearby marinas to rent a Jet Ski, kayak, pontoon or ski boat. Our house has easy access to several bike paths and hiking trails including the Mt. Pisgah Dune Boardwalk with beautiful views from 157’ above Lake Michigan. We have several bicycles for you to use on the local bike paths.

Home is great and ideal for a large family. Jerome the owner was very responsive. Provided a great deal of information about the Holland Community and things to see so if you are first-timer in this area you will find Jerome's suggestions very helpful. Provided a welcome basket with goodies and a 10 gift certificate to Captain Sundaes. I would highly recommend Captain Sundays. My family made several trips there. If you were looking for a great family vacation this is the home that you want to rent.

Family Christmas Getaway

We came for a little family Christmas get together (6 adults and 5 kids), and it was absolutely perfect for the size of the group and space we needed. The hosts kept all the Christmas decor up which we really loved! The game room was awesome as well for the kids to play in. House was also clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

We have lived in the Southwest Michigan area our entire lives. The Holland area is our favorite spot in Michigan. It is so close to Lake Michigan and home to great restaurants and shopping.

Why they chose this property

We have always enjoyed Holland. Jerome is a graduate of Hope College and Julie grew up in nearby Hudsonville. We love this home because it is large and very accommodating. The property is within walking distance of Lake Michigan, has great views of Lake Macatawa, is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and has access to bike paths and hiking trails. Downtown Holland is a short drive where you can experience unique restaurants and specialty stores. The Farmers Market, located on 8th Street, is also a must visit on Wednesdays and Saturdays from May - December.

What makes this property unique

The walkout decks on three levels make for very nice views. The home has an open floor plan with lots of room to move. Very comfortable as your home away from home.
