You’ll love your stay at our beautiful 3800 sq. ft. home conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood less than 1 mile from Holland State Park and only a short 8-minute drive to the boutique shops and unique restaurants of downtown Holland. This spacious home offers 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, on a large lot across a quiet street from Lake Macatawa. The main floor features a great room with TV, brick fireplace, dining area and a large fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and bar-stool seating. Main floor doors lead to a shaded porch/wrap around deck, gas grill, picnic tables, and fire pit. In addition, the main floor has a master bedroom which includes a large screen TV and a private bathroom, an office with futon and TV, and laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent and dryer sheets provided). The lower level theater room features a large screen TV and DVD player, theater seating and a ping pong table. The second floor has another master bedroom with a large screen TV, a large bathroom with a jetted tub, and an outdoor deck perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while admiring the views of Lake Mac. There are also two more bedrooms perfect for the kids and other guests. A spiral staircase leads up to a third level deck with seating for your enjoyment. The home also has a two-stall garage and two driveways with room for up to 6 cars.
Walk to nearby marinas to rent a Jet Ski, kayak, pontoon or ski boat. Our house has easy access to several bike paths and hiking trails including the Mt. Pisgah Dune Boardwalk with beautiful views from 157’ above Lake Michigan. We have several bicycles for you to use on the local bike paths.

Family summer vacation

Great Family Get Away!

We had 3 families, and it was more than adequate for our group. Plenty of space for a large group. The media room is the best! We took our karaoke machine, and had a blast! We would definitely stay here again.

Fun family time for Christmas!

Jerome and Julie were the ultimate hosts! Gift basket of snacks, restaurant recommendations and birthday balloons for my mom! This home easily slept 12 women and the theater room was the bomb - we will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great Getaway

It was a great place for a family getaway! Enough room for all of us [4 adult kids, 1 spouse, 1 BF, 1 child], we utilized the media room, the top observation room was a nice "alone" space and the kitchen exceeded all our needs! Thank you for a much needed rest & regroup. Very unique place! I can only imagine how grand it'll be once all the revisions are completed!

Great place for extended stay

We had a great experience. It was easy to book, including when we did so on short notice around the holiday. They were very responsive and accommodating for making the booking. The home was beautiful. Very large spacious interesting floorplan with great accommodations. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels, snacks left for us in welcome basket and recommendations on places to go things to do. It had everything we needed for an extended stay for our group and in a nice location. We would definitely consider staying again.

Perfect House

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend while visiting for a family wedding. The house was perfect! Amazingly clean, beautiful house right near the water! The neighborhood was quiet and cute and perfect for morning walks! The hosts were quick to respond, but we had absolutely no issues and felt right at home! We would definitely stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Holland is an adorable town and we hope to come back someday!

We stayed for 3 nights in this comfortable home for our son's wedding weekend. The kitchen cooking pots and pans, dishes, and equipment and laundry room were top of the line. The beds were comfortable and the house spotless. Our hosts were so nice about accomodating a later checkout. We had our just 3 year old granddaughter with us and that allowed he time for a nap before flying home. We really enjoyed out visit!

Great house for a family of ten

Everything about this house was perfect for our family stay in Holland. The bedrooms worked out well for the adults and three kids. The living room, dining room and game room were great for time together and for splitting up to play with the kids. With that many people the four bathrooms was ideal. Our stay was for our Christmas get together with family in Holland. The hosts decorated the house for Christmas which was a nice extra. You could not ask for better hosts

Home is great and ideal for a large family. Jerome the owner was very responsive. Provided a great deal of information about the Holland Community and things to see so if you are first-timer in this area you will find Jerome's suggestions very helpful. Provided a welcome basket with goodies and a 10 gift certificate to Captain Sundaes. I would highly recommend Captain Sundays. My family made several trips there. If you were looking for a great family vacation this is the home that you want to rent.

Michigan Visit with friends

Great place to stay with easy access to whatever we wanted to visit. It was Tulip Time in town so it was a great escape place to head to after being in town or somewhere for the day.

We have lived in the Southwest Michigan area our entire lives. The Holland area is our favorite spot in Michigan. It is so close to Lake Michigan and home to great restaurants and shopping.

Why they chose this property

We have always enjoyed Holland. Jerome is a graduate of Hope College and Julie grew up in nearby Hudsonville. We love this home because it is large and very accommodating. The property is within walking distance of Lake Michigan, has great views of Lake Macatawa, is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and has access to bike paths and hiking trails. Downtown Holland is a short drive where you can experience unique restaurants and specialty stores. The Farmers Market, located on 8th Street, is also a must visit on Wednesdays and Saturdays from May - December.

What makes this property unique

The walkout decks on three levels make for very nice views. The home has an open floor plan with lots of room to move. Very comfortable as your home away from home.
