The cottage has had updates but still have the original cottage feel when it was built over 100 years ago. Sitting on a bluff you can see Holland and Grand Haven. This cottage is quintessential Lake Michigan cottage, many updates but still keeping with the traditional feel of the original cottage when built. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and a bath 1/2. Windows in every room add to the feel of sounds and beauty of Lake Michigan

What makes this property unique

This cottage sit on a dune with 55 stairs down to the beach. The cottage is pet friendly with a green space. Bike paths for riding your bike to Holland or many of the parks in Port Sheldon Township( Kouw, Kirk, Windsnest, Tunnel, Mt Pisqah a great hiking trail for all.
