The Space:
The home features an open-concept living design with hardwood floors, a mosaic tile entry, and expansive retractable plaza doors that open fully into a covered, screened-in three-season porch, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The porch is fully furnished for comfortable three-season use and offers a peaceful place to take in the surrounding woods, with the gentle sounds of nature creating a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The well equipped kitchen includes cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, a center island, and stainless-steel appliances, providing everything needed for preparing meals during your stay.
Sleeping accommodations are spacious and thoughtfully arranged. The entry (lower) level offers a large open sleeping area with two queen beds, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and laundry. The main (upper) level includes two additional queen bedrooms, a full bathroom with double vanity and a bathtub featuring dual shower heads, and a primary bedroom with its own private deck.
Beginning in 2026, the property will feature several upgrades, including new hardwood flooring in all bedrooms, new beds, and enhanced amenities. Guests will enjoy hotel-style comforts such as full-size soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers, plush towels, and premium bedding, ensuring a comfortable and well-appointed stay throughout.

Private driveway parking is available with 2 spaces. Additional parking for up to two cars is located to the right of the driveway near the large tree. Please park ONLY in designated areas and do not park on the grass, as it covers the septic system. There is a smart lock on the door that you will receive a code to prior to your arrival.
