About this property

Coastal theme/wooded & large deck/fenced-in yard

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!
The space
3 bedrooms (king-2nd floor, queen-main floor with twin pull out loveseat, full over full bunk bed w/twin trundle 2nd-floor). 2 full bathrooms. Main floor bathroom has single stall shower and upstairs bath has tub with shower. High ceiling in living area with adjoining dining area with pub height table and kitchen bar area that's open to kitchen. Large deck out the slider in dining area. Off the kitchen is a laundry room and mud area. Pets are welcome!

What an amazing place to stay especially with dogs. They loved the wooded backyard and the proximity to an off leash dog beach which is a rarity! We've stayed in a lot of rentals domestically and internationally and we all agreed that this was the most well appointed. Everything you can think of that you'd need, they had. From beach chairs and umbrellas to dog wipes for dirty paws, huge coffee cups, all of the kitchen utensils for people who like to cook, toiletries and more. We will 100% stay here again.

This house was amazing. It had everything you needed — peaceful setting, amenities, and even shampoo if you happened to forget anything. It truly made you feel right at home. There was plenty of bedding, and the space was comfortable and welcoming.The host was phenomenal as well. She was very communicative and helped us with anything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

The home was super clean, stocked with all the amenities you could ever need, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The beautiful, wooded area was perfect for a quiet stay with family while still being close to everything Holland has to offer. The hosts are so friendly and it really felt like a home away from home.

We had a great weekend here! The whole house is set up to be comfortable and have everything you need plus some. Diane was very communicative and a pleasure to speak with. This is the first place we have stayed that my dad didn't complain he was cold! The beds were also very comfortable. The snacks that were left for us were greatly appreciated, especially being very hungry when we got there the first night! The fenced in yard was amazing for our dogs and we appreciated the water bowls and even a leash. We would love to stay here again, especially during the summer when we can enjoy the beautiful backyard and deck!!

Family trip

We decided to take our parents on a one day trip to Holland/Grand Haven for their 45 year wedding anniversary. We had an 11 year old and a 1 year old, us and our parents. The house was beautiful with all the modern accessories you would expect. The property is in a wooded area and the back yard/deck was great! Loved staying here and we will look to book again for future stays!

What a wonderful house! It was the most well-stocked rental we've ever stayed in. There are thoughtful touches everywhere. The house was immaculate and looked just like the pictures. It was open, bright and airy. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the deck and our dog enjoyed the back yard. It is close to town, but felt a million miles away from it all. I'd highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay

The house was really nice. The owners go above and beyond to stock the home with thoughtful touches. You can tell the owners care about what people may want and need. This was a perfect place to stay, very nice, very clean. House is tucked away in a little space that feels like you are in the country, but yet it is just right outside of town. I would definitely stay at this home again.
